03/05/2026: A beautiful, elevated restaurant with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. The food tasted wonderfully fresh, was attractively presented, and aromatically seasoned. All the drinks, especially the wine, were excellent. The setting was appealing and uniquely designed. The value for money was very good. We would love to come back and highly recommend this restaurant.

27/04/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience was simply excellent. The seafood appetizer, varied and incredibly fresh, perfectly showcased the flavors of the sea, using the highest-quality ingredients. The busiate pasta with squid ink was truly superb: a rich, balanced dish, and prepared with great care. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive, and professional staff, always ready to accommodate every request. The location makes it all the more special: welcoming and elegant inside, enhanced by a breathtaking view from the Castellammare lookout, creating a unique and unforgettable atmosphere. I highly recommend Quetzal, and I hope to return!
