22/10/2025: Stopped just for a drink. Good and efficient service.

07/10/2025: I'm sorry I can't give it zero stars. There were two of us, we wanted to have lunch there, we arrived and the waiter (very clumsy, awkward, and not even capable of carrying a tray) was already very nervous and made us wait even to be seated. We finally sat down, but more than a quarter of an hour went by and he hadn't even asked us what we wanted to drink. So I called him and, gruffly, he replied, "Hey... I can't, I have things to do." After 10 minutes, I went in to ask at the counter for a bottle of water. He got annoyed at my request for a second glass, and I also asked him if I could order some croquettes while I waited. He replied, "Look, it's not like you can order just because you're here, I'm following an order, blah blah." I went back to sit down and realized that everyone had already ordered (because the tables had been set). After about 40 minutes, he finally comes to order. I ask for a chicken breast sandwich instead of the burger, and no pepper. When I ask for this last request, the waiter in question (who I think was actually the owner) says, "Listen, girl, if I ask the chef this question, I think he'll tell me to go to hell. We've been working for (I don't know how long), etc." I reply, "I don't think it's much of a stretch to not add pepper, but anyway, nothing, it's fine." He says, "Okay, goodbye, 1.50 for the water," and runs off. In short, absolutely not recommended. We only wasted 45 minutes of our time, and I've never seen such unprepared and rude staff.

07/09/2025: As a good pizza connoisseur 🍕 🍕, when a pizza is good it is good, you can see that there is research in the refinement, in the combination of flavors and then the raw material is sought after, of quality, even the service is attentive to the customer, the place is then very suggestive, top recommended

26/08/2025: Excellent restaurant for fresh seafood. Five of us dined here, having made reservations shortly beforehand. A quiet place that stands out for the quality of its products, undoubtedly superior to those in the city center, which are overcrowded with tourists in the middle of August. We had their pasta with fresh shrimp, lime, and pistachios, which was unforgettable. For our main course, we had a beautifully cooked catch of the day, and to finish, a selection of desserts.

30/08/2025: After years of regular patronage and a cuisine that has proven reliable over time, I returned one August evening with my father [in his eighties] and a friend. Leaving aside the unfriendly greeting [which has become almost routine lately] upon our arrival, in 53 minutes of waiting we weren't even bothered with water, bread for the wait, or even a request for an appetizer. Nothing! As soon as the wait staff arrived, nervous and irritated by my comment that other diners had similarly complained about the service, with the same nervousness and in a manner that was, to say the least, rude [this is far from Osteria Urbana], the waiter loudly asked me to leave, walked away himself, and didn't even deign to offer us a reservation! Only Giuseppe tried to remedy the situation once we left the table, but the damage was done, and too much spoils. I won't be returning. One can understand the stress of a crowded dining room, but in any self-respecting establishment, at least water and an appetizer while waiting, especially when the guest is elderly, seems frankly appropriate. 18/06/2025: Everything was excellent as far as food and wines go but the air was extremely hot and the lack of air conditioning made the experience more difficult.

26/10/2025: Excellent breakfast: very good hot drinks, fresh, sweet, and quality pastries. Friendly, helpful staff. Outdoor seating is also available. Recommended.

15/08/2025: Located in Piazza Umberto (now Piazza Majorana), this bar offers a good selection of homemade food (breakfast, hot food, first and second courses). The atmosphere is family-friendly, the staff friendly, and the prices are excellent.

18/10/2025: The best pinza I've ever eaten... the pasta is light and the ingredients are of excellent quality.

02/08/2025: Dinner on August 1, 2025. The restaurant is downtown with indoor and outdoor tables. Friendly staff. The pinsa diavola and margherita are good. Prices are average.

04/09/2025: The staff were kind and welcoming, the atmosphere pleasant and informal, we felt like we were at a friend's house. Even though we didn't have high expectations, the food exceeded our expectations and it felt like we were eating at "my mom's house." Overall, the dishes were simple but delicious, with a variety of both meat and fish. They were kind enough to offer us a complimentary liqueur at the end of the meal after the bill. If we were to return to the Teatro di Andromeda, we would definitely dine here again.

29/07/2025: Sunday lunch. Fixed fish menu for €30 per person, including water and house white wine. To finish, a cannoli with local ricotta and coffee or limoncello. Everything was delicious. A table on the veranda overlooking the mountains and the entire valley, all the way to the sea. Friendly and well-trained staff. I highly recommend it. The pizzas are also excellent. Average prices.

24/10/2025: Typical Sicilian cuisine, truly excellent, with very original dishes far from tourist restaurants and a really kind owner who does everything she can to explain the dishes to you in French. The service is very fast, it is very generous and the recommended wines are excellent. We had a great evening surrounded by Sicilians. Remember to book in advance.

18/10/2025: You have to visit this place! They are so kind, and the food is an experience by itself. 10/10, because 5 stars wouldn’t be enough.

14/09/2025: A very friendly welcome and very authentic. Beer only from bottles. The food is sweet. Very good for a small Italian breakfast or an afternoon beer. Unfortunately, water always comes from a plastic bottle and is served in a plastic cup. 😕

05/10/2025: We stopped by by chance. I'm from Catania. The hot food was 10/10 for flavor and quality. The price was unexpectedly 10/10. The bathroom was spotless and clean. I absolutely had to leave a review.

25/10/2025: A local lady recommended Vincent's Pub to us for pizza... we would never have found it if she hadn't kindly taken us there. Small but cute and welcoming. The owners are kind and friendly. Delicious pizza, perfectly cooked. Two pizzas, three beers, and two desserts for €38.00, very reasonable. Highly recommended, but ask someone to take you there.
