20/06/2025: I'm not from Vittoria, I searched online for a good place to have a good breakfast and, after reading the insistent reviews addressed to this bar, I went. Well, I confirm! Very kind, friendly and professional staff! I had a brioche with lemon granita... spectacular to say the least! Excellent and quality coffee. The breakfast counter (croissants, etc.) was also very inviting, I watched the people consuming satisfied! I will definitely return to this bar as soon as I find myself in Vittoria, I highly recommend it!

Le Gioie è un locale tipico siciliano, un perfetto mix tra enoteca e trattoria minimal, dove la semplicità dell’ambiente si unisce a un tocco di raffinatezza che rende l’esperienza davvero piacevole. Il personale è stato accogliente e super disponibile, sempre gentile e attento senza essere invadente. Un grazie speciale alla cameriera, che ci ha guidate nella scelta del vino facendoci assaggiare diverse etichette prima di trovare quella perfetta per noi. Un gesto raro e molto apprezzato! Abbiamo ordinato due primi piatti di pesce, semplicemente eccezionali: sapori autentici, cottura perfetta e pesce freschissimo, valorizzato in ogni dettaglio. Una vera coccola per il palato. E per chiudere in bellezza, ci è stato portato un delizioso caffè con la moka, come a casa. Un piccolo gesto che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Un posto che consigliamo di cuore a chi cerca buona cucina, accoglienza sincera e atmosfera rilassata. Torneremmo volentieri

15/08/2025: The salad was very dry and the tartar tasted like nothing. The restaurant was also unbearably hot, despite having two air conditioners that weren't on.

08/08/2025: Cozy atmosphere after the street. Ate a Carbonara that was too salty but was full. A slightly mixed Aperol Spritz.

30/06/2025: Abbiamo preso un cocktail al tramonto al chiosco estivo Totù Ammare, sulla spiaggia di Ponente, un po' prima della baia del Tono. Peccato che né su Google né su Tripadvisor segnalino che d'estate chiudono il locale di via XX Settembre e si trasferiscono a mare. Ma una volta scoperto, va assolutamente provato! Un cartoccio di patate fritte al naturale con buccia e un tramonto rosso fuoco. Ci sono mille posti dove prendere un cocktail in vetro e con dosi da manuale del perfetto barman, ma pochi posti dove godere di un tramonto così. Mia opinione ovviamente

23/04/2025: Excellent pastry shop. Excellent service and organization. The rooms are elegant and welcoming. Cleanliness is impeccable. The staff are attentive, friendly and professional. The quality of the products is very high. All very good!!

03/03/2025: Setteveli loaded with rum or other liquor. Not balanced at all. After tasting it, all the guests left it on their plate. Next time we will choose another type of cake.....for example the lemon and black cherry semifreddo was delicious. never sevenveli again!!!

11/02/2025: Ottimo il cannolo farcito al momento, buono anche il caffè; servizio gentile, location centrale, prezzi in linea con il mercato locale. Tavolini all'aperto molto vicini al passaggio auto ma non c'è molto traffico. Gelati buoni.

10/08/2025: A welcoming place in the city center, beautifully presented, helpful, welcoming, and very friendly staff, and quick and attentive service. The prices are quite affordable. I had the chance to try both the hot food and the dessert, and I must admit they were truly delicious! I would definitely recommend it for an excellent breakfast without having to wait in line or for a feast of sweet and savory treats. I'll definitely be back!

31/07/2025: The perfect place to stop at any time of day. A wide selection of sweet and savory treats, carefully prepared and absolutely excellent, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or an aperitif. If you're passing through Acireale, it's a must-see!

17/06/2025: Family restaurant located in Palermo. Friendly welcome and service. The food, however, is very simple and more like grandmother's recipes. For a restaurant, more elaborate dishes would be appreciated. If you're looking for a quick, traditional meal, you can go to this establishment, but don't expect an explosion of flavors. Don't try the Spritz; Aperol and beer don't necessarily go well together 😅

15/06/2025: Terrible service, disgusting coffee served without water, I had to get up after several minutes that the water did not arrive while the coffees passed away. The excuse that they were changing shifts, I go in to say that the coffee was cold and I was still waiting, a worker brings me water, I explain to him that it is not correct to serve the coffee dry, he as a quickie brings me two more glasses of water saying that I had to drink them both, rude and disgusting attitude, I am the one who brings the money as a customer. They don't see me anymore

13/07/2025: Always late, the owner always complains in front of all the customers, the pizzas aren't great. €3 for adding (a few) chips to the pizza.

16/08/2025: I ordered two pizzas through Deliveroo on the evening of August 15th, a peculiar date with few pizzerias open. The order was scheduled for 9:00 PM, but the delivery kept slipping every half hour. At 10:00 PM, I called to find out the situation: there were no riders available. So far, the service is to blame, although I would have expected at least a call to be notified; without my initiative, would I have been left without dinner? When I contacted the pizzeria directly, they asked me if I wanted to pick up the order in person. I agreed and was told the pizzas would be prepared immediately. Once I arrived at the restaurant, however, I had to wait 27 minutes: in the end, I ate dinner at 11:00 PM. I would have expected them to be ready or in the oven, considering they were only two pizzas, a delivery service that never arrived and a delay of over an hour; 27 minutes seems a bit excessive given the cooking time and the situation. The pizza was good, but the service and customer care for takeaway definitely needs improvement.
