Ji Asian Restaurant In Ragusa

I had dinner with them on a Saturday, I must start by saying that I had never been there before. Overall, it didn't seem large to me as a modern room. There are the classic 2 or 4 seater tables as well as the classic table. I didn't like the fact that on the side of the wall they put a long seat with tables almost next to each other. Except that whoever sits on this long "bench" finds himself almost next to other people because, as I was saying, there is only one seat on the wall side. For the rest, the classic food of these restaurants are more or less the same even if I tried better food in another restaurant along this street. The smartphone menu is also classic, the dishes arrive quickly, the staff is very courteous, the environment is clean

No one explained how to choose from all the food, then the dishes came right on top of each other so it had time to get cold. Everyone at the table didn't get their food at the same time, if they got food at all. The soup was served last and to the wrong person. Strange setup.

Good and well presented food, not recommended on weekends for those who love tranquility and silence, we were there on a Friday evening and due to the noise it was not even possible to communicate with the other diners.... I wasn't brought a dish because there 'there were problems with the tempura... it is better to order everything in one go as reorders have rather long waiting times

Clean environment and modern and welcoming location. Fast, attentive and courteous service. Raw salmon is good. Not much variety when it comes to sushi. Well presented dishes. Spicy veal a little chewy but still well seasoned. First courses such as rice spaghetti and Cantonese rice are slightly dry and not very seasoned. The choice of San Pellegrino water in glass bottles is excellent. Try the Vietnamese rolls (really well made and with a pleasant consistency). The pork inside the steamed ravioli has a strong flavor and in my opinion not as pleasant as other appetizers always based on pork filling. Excellent tempura prawns (well fried and not very oily). Be careful of the taller ones. The chairs are low and can be uncomfortable in the long run.

Excellent restaurant . Good value with all you can eat or A La Carte. Nice change from Italian food ie carbs. Polite staff.
