I migliori ristoranti in Sicilia

19/07/2025: Locale pulito e dotato di impianto di condizionamento rinfrescante ma non invadente (cosa più che gradita col clima di Palermo in estate, non proprio tutti ce l’hanno) Piatti in ceramica tipici siciliani arredamento semplice ed elegante. Il cibo qua é ottimo ed i prezzi sono modici, se prendete la pasta attenzione sono 200 g di piatto! Ottima! Ma molto abbondante. Abbiamo preso 4 antipasti tutti da 10 e lode buonissimi. Caponata e parmigiana d’obbligo! Ma anche primo sale con acciughe e sarde a beccafico erano eseguiti a regola d’arte. I secondi: calamaro alla griglia senza infamia né lode, fritto misto buono. Il servizio, in particolare il ragazzo che ha servito noi é stata l’unica nota dolente, sembrava essere lì per caso girava per la sala con fare svogliato e non esaudiva nessuna delle richieste che gli abbiamo fatto, ne ci ha voluto prendere l’ordinazione ( ‘arriva la ragazza’ ma intanto non chiama nessuna ragazza e sono passati 20 minuti) ne ha notato che mancasse un coltello ne alla nostra richiesta ce lo porta. Abbiamo dovuto chiederlo 3 volte. A parte il servizio da migliorare rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, antipasti in media 5 euro e primi in media 8 euro per dei piatti della tradizione eseguiti molto bene. Da tornarci!

16/07/2025: 40’ di attesa e ci sta non avendo prenotato, ma quando si è liberato il tavolo per noi 4 (io, mia moglie e due ragazzi di 15 e 12 anni) la “signora” proprietaria ha deciso, tra lo stupore anche delle sue dipendenti, di assegnare il tavolo all’amica appena arrivata. A quel punto l’ho salutata, andando via, ma lei, probabilmente con la coda di paglia, ha continuato ad inveire dalla porta del suo locale, blaterando ad alta voce di vecchie prenotazioni, educazione e comportamenti scorretti, proprio lei, maestra di stile nel mangiare in faccia ai clienti che aspettano senza nemmeno rispondere al telefono. Classica sceneggiata palermitana, forse. Si mangerà anche bene (e lo abbiamo provato qualche anno fa), ma in quanto ad educazione ed accoglienza è da 0 punti. Meglio una delle seicento trattorie meno quotate, ma con personale gentile ed amichevole

26/07/2025: The atmosphere isn't particularly refined, but the welcome is excellent! The staff are attentive and very kind, and the dishes are truly delicious (we tried practically everything). The price is also good. Highly recommended!

25/07/2025: Friendly and cheerful staff. Delicious food. I had the swordfish caponata and spaghetti with sardines. The portions were adequate. I highly recommend it.

31/07/2025: A memorable breakfast full of the flavors, aromas, and colors of the Sicilian summer. Toasted almond and mulberry granita with a spectacular artisanal brioche. Friendly, fast, and helpful staff. It's worth the 15-minute drive from Catania to get here. You won't regret it.

02/06/2025: The staff was trained and attentive to allergies. At our table there was a celiac lady and another allergic to fish. Everything was perfect.

10/08/2025: At the Dada bar in Modica, I enjoyed an excellent aperitif platter in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Friendly service and a welcoming location, perfect for an evening with friends.

22/04/2025: At Giuseppe and Alessandra you always eat well, whether sitting down for dinner or at Delivery. The higher than average price (food) justifies a service, a choice of raw materials, an attention proportionate to what is proposed. A painstaking and valid alternative to Catania for those who live between Lentini and Carlentini.

20/03/2025: Restaurant run by kids, but with a certain level of menu. Traditional dishes, but also refined ones (e.g. gnocchi with pumpkin cream, clams and black truffle). Good location, even with outdoor space, and fast and friendly service. I only came across it for lunch on weekdays, so I don't know if it's better to book, if in doubt I would. Parking without problems. Advised.

09/08/2025: My recent visit to Primavera Restaurant, for a group dinner of 10, was extremely disappointing. The service was chaotic and disorganized from the start. The most serious problem was the ordering process. We had to wait a long time for our dishes, which were served in a disorganized manner. Seven people at our table received their dishes significantly earlier than the other three, creating an awkward and unfriendly situation. The quality of the food was also a major disappointment. I ordered spaghetti, but was brought a completely different type of pasta. When I pointed out the mistake to the staff, I was dismissively told that "that's all they had" and that I should be content. This type of response is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of customer service. Another critical point was the rice, which was served practically raw. Despite our complaints, nothing was done to rectify the situation. The only partially positive note was the pizza, which, while not exceptional, was the only acceptable dish. In conclusion, the experience at Ristorante Primavera was decidedly negative. The disorganized service, the inability to manage orders correctly, and the poor quality of some dishes, combined with the unprofessional attitude of the staff, make this restaurant a choice I strongly advise against.

06/07/2025: Menu fisso a 30 euro. Porzioni abbondanti ma cibo seriale. Non lo consiglierei a chi vuole privilegiare il gusto rispetto alla quantità. Personale molto gentile.

27/04/2025: Avevo sentito parlare da amici di questo locale e nel mio immaginario pensavo a una trattoria ubicata in un edificio storico di una località agricola. Mi sbagliavo in quanto il ristorante è costituito da una grande sala e da una più piccola che funge da ingresso. Purtroppo in un ambiente così concepito, quando il locale è pieno (e pare ciò sia ricorrente) vi sono problemi di insonorizzazione. Per il resto il locale ha soddisfatto le aspettative: - ottima qualità del cibo e buona cucina; - servizio soddisfacente sebbene il locale fosse pieno e in un giorno festivo (25 aprile); - molta attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti (cibo senza glutine e senza formaggio); - ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente ci tornerò e, possibilmente, concorderò i piatti tipici di stagione.

23/05/2025: Excellent ice creams, black chocolate ice cream: superb. The white cream and fresh fruit cake is very good. The chocolate cream breakfasts are excellent. The cartocciata is good. Average prices. Recommended The place is a bit small, only takeaway or standing on site. Parking is sometimes not easy.

10/07/2025: What I probably dislike the most is the communication between the staff and the customers. Ask them to repeat in English and still only in Italian. But otherwise everyone is nice and the lady at the pool bar is always smiling and a pleasant person :) Breakfast not much and the restaurant in the hotel - we have had better food

07/07/2025: Very friendly staff and they made us feel very welcome. beautiful location and lots of green around us. Beautiful trees and views. Pool had a good temperature and is very relaxing. Would definitely come again!

31/07/2025: I thought a seafood risotto should have a completely different flavor: more succulent... that the fish shouldn't be mixed with the rice without blending the flavors. A bit of a disappointment. The service was attentive, however, and the sea view was pleasant. We'll try the pizza next time.

06/08/2025: Came based on reviews - disappointed. We warn you, we do not recommend. We took 2 sets of meat and fish. Of all the dishes in the set, not a single one turned out to be even slightly interesting or memorable. My wife did not even touch some of the dishes. Very mediocre. The interior is also simple.

09/05/2025: Abbiamo dormito due notti lì e ci siamo trovati benissimo, a partire dalle camere, la pulizia e l’attenzione nei dettagli. La colazione molto ricca e varia, dal dolce al salato. Ottimi salumi prodotti con carni dei loro allevamenti. L’accoglienza è l’ospitalità dei proprietari ti fanno sentire a casa. Rosario e la sua famiglia sono stati sempre a disposizione per tutte le nostre esigenze. L’ agriturismo è immerso nel verde della natura tra i monti Nebrodi con vista sul piccolo paesino di Raccuja. Ci ritorneremo

11/02/2025: Had a 4 night stay in this excellent establishment in a picturesque setting. The room was nice and very well kept. Service is excellent and price is really affordable. I highly recommend.

08/08/2025: Excellent reputation, terrible value. The spaghetti with clams is absolutely not up to par, lacking flavor and not al dente. The appetizers are good and the desserts excellent. Attentive service, the waiter is knowledgeable, humorous, and never out of place. Considering I didn't finish the first course, they could have at least offered coffee or at least a liqueur. What a shame.

02/08/2025: Beautiful venue, unique experience, knowledgeable staff, the food, from appetizers to dessert, is a constant discovery of new flavors and sensations. Excellent.
