16/07/2026: We ordered a pizza and a poke bowl. The pizza was okay, but the poke bowl was served in a cardboard bowl with pre-packaged bread and plastic cutlery. Our water also arrived in paper cups, not proper glasses. The salad was a disappointment: hardly any salmon and just rice. The restroom was substandard, and the 20% surcharge is outrageous given the service. We had to wait ages for the bill. On top of that, the music was incredibly loud. The proximity to the airport makes it somewhat bearable, knowing you'll soon be flying home—even though Sardinia is a beautiful island ;).

12/07/2026: Terrible service, lots of staff but you still have to wait forever. Then they charge an €8 cover charge. Outrageous.

23/09/2025: The older, overweight receptionist is grumpy and unpleasant, making you lose the desire to check in and go elsewhere, while the darker, thinner, younger one is always knowledgeable and very polite.

10/07/2026: The pizza was very good, light and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The beer was cold. I'll be back for the food. The price was average, a nice place with a typical Sardinian touch.

04/07/2026: The service was exceptionally poor. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and drink orders to be taken. They're very clever about it, because they bring out a bottle of water within seconds, preventing us from simply leaving the table. The food was okay, but nothing more. The menu listed "Radler" (a shandy), which we ordered, but then they said no, they didn't have it. We will definitely not be coming back! Absolutely not recommended.

11/10/2025: The ambience of this Italian restaurant is truly chic and stylish – it would deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, the food didn't measure up during our visit. The pasta with tomato sauce was extremely disappointing. The sauce tasted absolutely bland and strongly reminiscent of a simple canned product, which is unacceptable for a restaurant in this price range. The burger, while impressively large, came without any sauce, and the patty was still raw in the middle. The potato slices that accompanied it were inconsistent: some were hard, others completely soggy and oily. Conclusion: If you're looking for a nice ambiance, this is the place for you. However, if you want good food, you should unfortunately look for an alternative. The culinary offerings urgently need to improve.

27/09/2025: My wife found a worm in her octopus. We ordered a new one and they brought a week old octopus out which had been partially grilled. It stank and was slimy. She didn’t feel well for TWO DAYS after. Do NOT visit. Drinks were good though.

24/12/2025: I'm very sorry to have to write this review because I used to frequent this place in the early years of its opening, because I lived in the area, but I had "abandoned" it because the quality had become less good. After about ten years, unfortunately, it has drastically worsened. Yesterday I was in the area for an event, from which I even left early because we had a movie at the cinema at 10 pm to watch with my partner. We went there, giving it a second chance after so many years. It was 8:50 pm, there were just the two of us with another table for two. They made us wait an hour for two stuffed focaccias!!! We were served at 9:45 pm! Consequently, we missed the movie, and honestly this may or may not be relevant, but the way we were responded to when my partner approached to ask if we had much longer was truly absurd: "We make the focaccias on the spot, we're not a McDonald's." Kudos to the owner for this way of responding to a simple question! By the way, it's not an excuse because we saw the slowness and laziness in preparing things, and two focaccias in an hour with only two customers on a Tuesday is unacceptable! How the hell is that possible? How do they do it on weekends (they even have Deliveroo service), which slows everything down too, so if you can't already maintain normal waiting times because you're slow, don't add this service! Let's get to another even more painful point: the focaccia finally arrives. I add the ketchup from the table and it comes out black, seriously black. When I check its expiration date and I'm shocked, it expired in April 2025, a full 8 months ago. I mention this and she apologizes and says she'll prepare something else for me, but I said no because otherwise it would be another hour at least to eat! The point is, if you don't already realize the expiration date of a simple ketchup on the table, you make me feel like you're a place that doesn't care about expiration dates, or worse, doesn't even bother paying attention to them! So who knows what else you're giving me to eat that's not fresh, risking food poisoning! I left the whole sandwich. I also noticed while we were waiting for our food to arrive that the cherry tomatoes the pizza chef got were in the standard supermarket packaging. He takes them and puts them on the pizza without even washing them! Unfortunately, all of these are very serious matters, and perhaps they should do a thorough check by the NAS! You don't mess with the people who eat at your place! I'd like to point out that the lady didn't charge me for the sandwich, and that's the least she could do. She apologized, but unfortunately, everything else is too serious from my point of view! I hope this review can be a source of improvement for you, so you can perhaps go back to being the same people you were when you started, including your kindness and willingness to help! Update to the owner's response: No one else had arrived besides the couple who were seated before us. The others arrived after, so let's not try to justify it. I prefer an apology to talking nonsense to protect myself! My partner didn't use the phrase "Exposed" as you described, but he politely asked if she could provide a timeframe since the wait was getting longer. She didn't respond as she described, but rather said, "We're not a McDonald's," in an annoyed and curt manner, to the point that he didn't respond as he should have, just out of politeness. Regarding the cherry tomatoes, let's put it that way. I don't know why I already imagined the response, saying they were washed first. We need to learn from criticism, not to try to defend the indefensible. I'll close by saying that I know very well how takeout places work, and even those smaller than yours that serve "fresh" dishes, like yours, don't take an hour for two focaccias. Stop! As I said before, I hope you improve.
