16/10/2025: The location is scenic, practically on the water, the place is old, the food quality isn't great, the service is average, and the prices are quite high considering what's on offer. The pizza isn't great, the food is nothing special. The place has been around for over 50 years, is very well-known, and often very crowded.

11/10/2025: The ambience of this Italian restaurant is truly chic and stylish – it would deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, the food didn't measure up during our visit. The pasta with tomato sauce was extremely disappointing. The sauce tasted absolutely bland and strongly reminiscent of a simple canned product, which is unacceptable for a restaurant in this price range. The burger, while impressively large, came without any sauce, and the patty was still raw in the middle. The potato slices that accompanied it were inconsistent: some were hard, others completely soggy and oily. Conclusion: If you're looking for a nice ambiance, this is the place for you. However, if you want good food, you should unfortunately look for an alternative. The culinary offerings urgently need to improve.

27/09/2025: My wife found a worm in her octopus. We ordered a new one and they brought a week old octopus out which had been partially grilled. It stank and was slimy. She didn’t feel well for TWO DAYS after. Do NOT visit. Drinks were good though.

30/09/2025: Terrible experience, the only redeeming features are the view and the decor. €102.00 for two portions of spaghetti with clams and bottarga (one without because I don't like it, same price obviously), two glasses of wine, a bottle of mineral water, and two coffees. I understand we're on the Costa Smeralda, but it's also the worst place we've ever been. Cover charge €5 each, they didn't even bring us bread. Spaghetti only ate because we were hungry, small portions and tasteless €24 per dish. A bottle of water €7 Two glasses of Vermentino €28. Two coffees €9 Reasonably quick service, there were only three tables occupied, the girl did her best, but (as she told us) it's not her fault...

10/09/2025: I've been having breakfast at the bar every morning for three months and have always found everyone to be extremely professional and kind. Rocio and Giulia have always taken impeccable care of me...❤️ An excellent experience that I highly recommend... Elegant atmosphere and excellent food... The best bar and restaurant on the Costa Smeralda... My rating is 💯💯💯

02/11/2025: We only noticed the poor reviews once our order arrived at the table... try it and believe it if you have money to waste! The only positive note was the two male waiters, very friendly and helpful! .. and the pizza wasn't bad either. I won't go into detail about the dishes because the owner knows me by sight... stay away from the first courses...

18/02/2026: A giant pizza, half stuffed and half Margherita, plus a baby Margherita for a total of 32 euros! I don't think there's anything else to add. I've been a customer for years, and after this one I'll never go back. I think the situation got a bit out of hand because we understand the costs, the increases, etc., but paying 32 euros for those two pizzas isn't expensive and simply ILLEGAL!

03/01/2026: Ordered on Glovo, rubbery pizza bordering on edible, chips clearly reheated and not freshly fried, ordered a Heineken and received Tuborg, punctual service via Glovo, the only positive note.

09/09/2025: Drinks were good, nice place next to the piazza. Bardender (man) was really nice. Otherwise the staff was kinda awfull. (Maybe Gen Z, dont know how to work?) Unfortunately won't come back because of the service.

30/08/2025: One star. Although the music was good, the experience was disappointing. I ordered an Aperol Spritz and what I received was practically a glass full of ice: I finished it in two gulps. I politely asked the waitress to only put a third as much ice in the next glass, but she brought me exactly the same. In the end, it seemed like they could fill five glasses with just the ice. A shame, because it only leaves the customer feeling like they're being ripped off.

01/11/2025: Honestly one of the worst laid out airport food places I've ever seen. The staff are slow and the queues are awful. Once you order, you then have to queue to collect your food. We allowed 30 minutes for this process and despite it being November, it still took closer to 35 minutes. I would recommend not using this place until they improve their service speed - this is an airport not a lounge-bar where people have all the time in the world.

26/09/2025: First of all he gave us 2 different panini from the ones we ordered, the price was very high and the panini were nothing special. The service was one of the worst I’ve experienced in any restaurant, very rude and impolite telling us to get far away from the counter. Although the atmosphere was quite nice and of course the view of the beach was spectacular.

21/08/2025: As hotel guests (2 people, 10 days), we paid over €4080 – and were still expected to shell out €80 PER DAY for 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol at the Ollastu Beach Lounge. Absolutely outrageous and feels like a rip-off! A particularly unpleasant older gentleman with curly hair (the bar owner) stood out as the one enforcing these prices. His behavior was unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional, which clearly caused a lot of frustration for us and other guests. We went there once and never again! The showers were also barely functional. I ate an overpriced piece of toast there, which was meager. Conclusion: Once and never again – they're definitely losing a lot of customers.

06/01/2026: An unforgettable experience, I recommend it to anyone who wants to practice the art of patience. Calling the service terrible is a kindness to those who are committed to not providing it well, but it takes years of practice to reach the level of rudeness at Panzerotto. The wine served cold from the fridge and the barely edible pizza slices are just the tip of the iceberg, but I won't tell you more because it's an experience you have to try for yourself. I'll focus on just one point: the brazen courage with which the owners guide you on this culinary journey, entirely dictated by their rules. Oh, and I forgot, they provide you with a lot of vile money.

17/06/2026: We sat down at the restaurant and were told that the bill would be around €70. However, when the check finally arrived, it came to nearly €280. This feels like a complete scam. They seem to do everything they can to get as much money out of customers as possible, and the pricing is not explained clearly at all. Be very careful if you decide to visit. On top of that, the food was not even that good, which makes the experience even more disappointing. I would not recommend this place. There are much better options where you can enjoy good food without feeling misled or pressured into spending far more than expected.

The restaurant is outrageously and shamelessly expensive. They don't provide a menu, and the prices are impossible to keep track of. The whole place feels like a tourist trap designed to rip customers off. It seems their only goal is to deceive and overcharge guests. The food is acceptable, but nothing special at all, while the prices are completely unrealistic. A simple fish dish, prepared very simply and served whole, cost 140 euros including service charge, with around 20 euros per person charged just for service.
