03/08/2026: Terribly old, terribly expensive, terribly sad🤣

01/08/2026: A truly unpleasant experience. Even before ordering, we were treated with extreme rudeness and as if we were "beggars," assuming we wanted free drinks by exploiting supposed connections. The most absurd thing is that none of us had ever said or even implied such a thing. Being judged without reason and greeted with this attitude was truly offensive. A customer should be treated with respect, regardless of who they are or who they know. Unfortunately, the owner's behavior made it impossible for us to have a peaceful experience. We won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place.

09/09/2025: Drinks were good, nice place next to the piazza. Bardender (man) was really nice. Otherwise the staff was kinda awfull. (Maybe Gen Z, dont know how to work?) Unfortunately won't come back because of the service.

30/08/2025: One star. Although the music was good, the experience was disappointing. I ordered an Aperol Spritz and what I received was practically a glass full of ice: I finished it in two gulps. I politely asked the waitress to only put a third as much ice in the next glass, but she brought me exactly the same. In the end, it seemed like they could fill five glasses with just the ice. A shame, because it only leaves the customer feeling like they're being ripped off.

01/11/2025: Honestly one of the worst laid out airport food places I've ever seen. The staff are slow and the queues are awful. Once you order, you then have to queue to collect your food. We allowed 30 minutes for this process and despite it being November, it still took closer to 35 minutes. I would recommend not using this place until they improve their service speed - this is an airport not a lounge-bar where people have all the time in the world.

29/07/2026: For 15 Euros we ordered the breaded chicken filet and potatoes. We received a frozen grocery store container microwaved. Go only if you are desperate like we were after forgetting our lunch back at the house. We needed food for our child.

22/07/2026: The owner is unpleasant, arrogant, and unhelpful. Reheated microwaved pasta that would shame all of Italy, for €13 a plate. She refused to give me Parmesan with the pasta. In short, a bad experience; I absolutely do not recommend it. Tasteless tomato and cheap mozzarella.

31/07/2026: One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at an airport. We arrived late in the evening after our flight and wanted to buy something to eat before continuing our journey. The shelves were still stocked with sandwiches, salads, snacks, and drinks, but the employee refused to sell us anything. Instead, we were rudely told to use the vending machine. Unfortunately, the vending machine was nearly empty and even failed to dispense some products. Many people, including us, were left without any food despite the shop having plenty available. What I found most disappointing was the complete lack of customer care. Rather than helping tired travelers, the staff chose to turn people away while perfectly good food remained on display. It is difficult to understand why they would rather let the food go to waste than sell it to customers who were ready to pay. A little kindness and common sense would have made a huge difference. Instead, we were treated with indifference and disrespect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the attitude of the staff and the way customers are treated, especially at the end of the day.

31/07/2026: ★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience at Olbia Airport. Our entire holiday group (around 100 people) arrived at approximately 10:00 PM after a long day of traveling. The display was still full of fresh sandwiches, salads, drinks, and other food. However, the staff refused to sell us anything, telling us in a very arrogant and disrespectful manner to use the vending machine instead. The vending machine was almost empty, several products were unavailable, and in some cases it didn’t even dispense the purchased items. We were left with no real option to buy food. What makes this even more frustrating is that the shop clearly had plenty of food available. Instead of serving paying customers, the staff preferred to hide the food, leaving it to become stale overnight rather than selling it. This is not only poor customer service but also a terrible example of unnecessary food waste. The employee’s attitude made the situation even worse. There was no empathy, no willingness to help, and no basic respect towards customers. After a long journey, this was the last thing anyone expected at an international airport. I understand that businesses have opening hours, but if the shop is still open and food is visibly available, treating customers this way is simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope the management reviews both the staff’s behavior and the company’s approach to customer service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

05/06/2026: If it were me, I'd charge €1000 for the cover charge...€10,000 for the overnight stay. It's a place for many but not for everyone.

08/08/2026: I wandered over from the sea on my SUP to grab a coffee and a bottle of water. At first glance, the place looked nice and worth a visit. However, the manager, in a decidedly unwelcoming manner and annoyed by my presence, immediately pointed out that the people at the marina might complain about my arrival, as if I'd arrived on a cruise ship. Zero public relations...never again...

27/07/2026: A "bar" with absolutely senseless prices: €2.50 for a coffee, €8 for a glass of wine, €3 just to sit at a table...

17/06/2026: We sat down at the restaurant and were told that the bill would be around €70. However, when the check finally arrived, it came to nearly €280. This feels like a complete scam. They seem to do everything they can to get as much money out of customers as possible, and the pricing is not explained clearly at all. Be very careful if you decide to visit. On top of that, the food was not even that good, which makes the experience even more disappointing. I would not recommend this place. There are much better options where you can enjoy good food without feeling misled or pressured into spending far more than expected.

A simple fish dish, prepared very simply and served whole, cost 140 euros with service charge included, or about 20 euros per person for service alone. The restaurant is outrageously and shamelessly expensive. They don't provide a menu, and the prices are impossible to keep track of. The whole place feels like a tourist trap designed to rip customers off. It seems their only goal is to deceive and overcharge guests. The food is acceptable, but nothing special at all, while the prices are completely unrealistic. A simple fish dish, prepared very simply and served whole, cost 140 euros including service charge, with around 20 euros per person charged just for service.

10/07/2026: Terrible coffee. Also they treat Italians different than tourists. We are all paying customers we all deserve the same treatment. Get your coffee elsewhere

08/07/2026: The warm schnitzel sandwich was very good and fairly priced at €8.50. The coffee was also excellent.
