20/06/2025: Amazing stay! Staff were awesome had a great restaurant on site. The hotel was covered in flowers that made the entire property smell amazing!! Our room was nice we just had an issue with a shower head and the power going out on us. Also key was quite complicated but it was super cute loved the views. It’s a little away from other things but the views were out of this world

17/06/2025: Wonderful stay at Hotel Don Diego. The location is stunning, with beautiful sea views and direct access to a quiet beach. The hotel has a rare, understated charm that’s hard to find these days – elegant without being ostentatious, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always professional. My room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Good Breakfast. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and refined escape in Sardinia.

27/08/2025: I went to dinner last night with my partner. I recommend this restaurant for those who like a different menu than the usual commercial restaurants in Olbia. The prices are above average, but you won't regret it. Keep it up.

19/08/2025: I had a rumpf steak with rosemary potatoes. Unfortunately, the steak was cooked all the way through, though the taste was still okay. The rosemary potatoes were a bit soggy and not quite what I was hoping for, I was disappointed. The espresso also came from a capsule machine, which was a bit surprising. Overall, the meal was ok, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

16/08/2025: The tongue and sweet ravioli surprised and delighted us. The service was a 10. Attentive, friendly, and fast. Reasonable prices. Acceptable portions.

29/07/2025: Another excellent meal , well cooked and presented. Service was great too as always. If you're looking for something different (rather than pizza/pasta), you will not be disappointed.

30/08/2025: Terrible service 👎🏻 I'm writing this message directly from the restaurant because I'm waiting so hard for our order and so I have time! We arrived at 9:00 p.m., it's now 10:10 p.m., and we only had one of our two starters. We had to chase up the waitress to get our dishes, which were forgotten. What a shame, we came here on recommendation!

21/08/2025: They picked us up at 11pm, and everything was delicious!!!

11/09/2025: Everything was delicious except for the bill. After a day they wrote to us that it was for another table, but it was actually ours, but they had forgotten to add a bottle of wine that wasn't intended for us, which was expensive, and perhaps if we had known about it beforehand we could have made other choices.

10/09/2025: We arrived, two adults and an 8-month-old baby in his mother's arms, we waited in front of the cash register, there was almost no one there, they told us to wait, we waited 10 minutes in front of the cash register then the man at the cash register said to us, come on, he made us sit at the table... (finally we thought)... After a few minutes another person arrived, probably the head waiter... Who immediately made us get up from the table. I told her, look, the colleague at the cash register welcomed us and made us sit down, nothing, he made us get up rudely, shocked I got up, and I saw that in the meantime people had arrived outside... No apology from anyone, treated terribly... We left with the baby crying. SHAMEFUL. In the meantime there were people coming in and taking a seat. Goodbye and thank you, never again in this place, not even if they pay me. Total lack of respect.

18/08/2025: Clean room, friendly staff, Stella at the info point is absolutely fantastic. We booked a boat tour and it was fantastic. We also booked the rental car in advance through Stella, and everything went smoothly. The beach is quite small and narrow, but there is a shuttle bus to the other beaches and into San Teodoro. The pool is super clean.

16/08/2025: A thoroughly recommendable hotel – very well managed, well organized, and impeccable. Our room was extremely clean, beautifully furnished, and had a small terrace. The entire complex is very well-maintained and located directly on the beach, truly exceptional. The pool area by the sea is also a highlight: pleasantly quiet, never crowded, with plenty of loungers; more shaded areas would be a nice touch. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. A particularly nice touch: having breakfast outside in the morning sun with a view of the beach and sea is fantastic! The bar by the sea is inexpensive, offers a wide selection of ice cream, snacks, and drinks, and is also popular with guests from neighboring beaches. The hotel's private beach is small but very beautiful. La Cinta (in the middle, a short walk away) was very nice for us, especially pleasantly quiet in the mornings; it gets very busy from around 1 p.m. onwards. "Very nice, well-maintained hotel directly on the beach with a great breakfast, sea views, and extremely friendly staff – highly recommended!"

21/08/2025: We're located in the city center, not far from the port and parking lots. Modern decor with nautical accents. Indoor dining rooms, a covered veranda, and outdoor seating. Quality ingredients; the freshest fish, mollusks, and crustaceans. Traditional Sardinian and Gallura cuisine. A good wine list. Courteous and professional staff.

23/08/2025: We arrived by chance, a little late, without any particular expectations. The atmosphere was relaxed, and we all enjoyed ourselves: I had the linguine al vongole and bottarga, delicious. The house white wine was also very good. Very reasonable prices. + A very friendly blonde waitress.

25/08/2025: A great place to dine with friends in Porto Rotondo! Tables in a small square overlooking the harbor, an elegant yet unpretentious location thanks to the staff who make you feel at ease. Very good, refined food. Prices are totally in line with Costa Smeralda prices, especially considering the generous portions for the dishes chosen.

25/08/2025: One of the best stays ever it truly deserves more than 5 stars. From the staff, to the accommodation, to the cleanliness everything was excellent! Breakfast was varied with a menu, and they even prepare what you want even if it’s not listed. The location is perfect, and the transportation facilities are very convenient. I feel lucky to have stayed in such a hotel, it really made my trip more special. The restaurant offers great choices, and the beach service was excellent , even though they provide transfers to private even though it’s accessed by shuttle, everything was still perfectly available. Thank you to the entire team!!
