28/06/2025: Mi sono rivolta ad Incantadora per una torta di compleanno e mi sono trovata benissimo. Insieme al loro team e soprattutto insieme alla signora Rina, super disponibile, abbiamo scelto il giusto design della torta e i gusti che più fossero indicati! Grazie Incantadora ♥️

07/05/2025: Ottimo Bar, scrivo questa recensione per l ottimo servizio ricevuto ma soprattutto perché ho assistito ad una scenata fatta da un altra cliente che non condivido. Arrivo al locale, acquisto una confezione di babà e prenoto un caffè più una naturale a tavolino, vengo servita immediatamente nonostante il locale sia quasi pieno, a fianco a me ci sono 3 signore che si lamentano del servizio lento, nonostante si siano appena sedute , ad un certo punto si lamentano di aspettare troppo , il giovane barman addetto alla caffetteria risponde con gentilezza che se hanno fretta possono andare al bancone così da poter essere più veloci nel servizio ma le signore vanno via infastidite , presumo perché siano sprovviste di pazienza e rispetto per il lavoro degli altri. 5 minuti di attesa sono pochissimi. Mi spiace perché i ragazzi che ho visto lavorare nonostante fossero oberati di lavoro erano veloci e gentilissimi, anche la signora che mi ha servita in pasticceria . Il locale inoltre è carino. L' unico consiglio che posso dare ai proprietari è di aumentare il personale poiché questi ragazzi per quanto bravi non possono fare l' impossibile . Locale consigliato

17/10/2025: The pizza was okay, and the service was okay, in theory. Although what was the point of asking "Is everything okay?" when the lady tried to scam us when we paid? The overcharged amount (30%) was reduced when I asked for the receipt. I could have explained that it was a mistake, but my body language said it all.

05/10/2025: House specialty: pizza, in all its possible variations. High-quality ingredients, a delightful and intimate atmosphere, both indoors and outdoors when the weather permits. Reasonable prices. If you can, avoid going on Saturdays, or at least book well in advance.

27/09/2025: The gluten-free pizza was inedible, it tasted like foam rubber, and it cost €4 more than the already high prices. Absurd.

08/11/2025: 🇬🇧: We were the first customers to arrive, and yet we had to wait over an hour for a simple pizza! They tried to make me believe it wasn't their fault... but then, whose fault is it? +1h30 😅 In the end, the price I paid didn't match the one listed on the menu, and when I pointed this out, the staff acted in a sneaky and manipulative manner. As if that weren't enough, they also tried to add a completely unjustified service charge, which they then had to cancel after I reported it. Furthermore, they charged us for things we didn't consume, like a large 1L bottle of water when we only ordered a small 25cl! 11/07/2025: Das beste Eis, das ich jemals gegessen habe. Ich hatte dunkle Schokolade, Mascarpone und Nocciola. Die Sorten sind wahnsinnig cremig und haben einen intensiven, aber angenehmen Geschmack. Einfach traumhaft.

28/07/2025: A wonderful experience, clean spaces with a simple design, and what can I say about the staff... they're lovely, friendly, and super smiley. The quality of the pastries is more than good, with a wide variety of products, but be careful not to wait too long because they sell out quickly!

17/08/2025: Courtesy, helpfulness, freshness, and deliciousness of the food. When we return to Turin, because the holidays are over, we remember the taste of the chicken, which is very different... (even if bought at the best rotisseries in Savoy). Well done!

16/09/2025: We only ate at the restaurant. The restaurant was full of people, but they made an effort and got us a table relatively quickly. The food was very tasty, except for the dessert, which was quite below average compared to the main meal and appetizer. At the end they served us a free digestif. The rating for service would probably be higher if the restaurant wasn't really crowded.

17/08/2025: Hotel San Francisco is a really nice place. We felt well-cared from the very beginning, and were given very good instructions on how to get to the hotel (we received a very helpful video). The communication with the staff was fantastic – we arrived in Cala Gonone really late but Mr. Maurizio was waiting for us and kept in touch with us, for which we were truly grateful. The room was very comfortable and very clean, the staff kept the rooms very clean. Breakfast outside was very pleasant, with a beautiful view, very close to the sea. Mr. Maurizio was truly helpful with every issue – from small tips about the location to attractions around Cala Gonone. The location is excellent; despite the lack of parking directly at the hotel, finding a parking space nearby was never a problem – we were also very grateful for the staff's tips. We also highly recommend ice cream – the best in all Cala Gonone! We hope to return to this beautiful place, and if we do, we will definitely choose the Hotel San Francisco, where we could truly relax. Greetings Magda & Marek
