We had such a great time at your bar. The weather was beautiful, the atmosphere was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment there. A special thank you to the staff for being so friendly and responsive throughout the evening. We also really appreciated the complimentary appetizer board — such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you again for the warm welcome and the great experience. We’ll definitely remember this moment fondly.

Beautiful beach bar. Friendly people. We only had drinks. We were with a large group, but they lovingly made room for us on the terrace. Fantastic view of the sea. Nice menu; we didn't eat, so we don't know what it tastes like. But you can hardly go wrong in Sardinia.

If you're looking for a place where quality food meets the beloved sea view, Moletto Bistrot is an absolute guarantee. A truly positive experience in every way! What we tasted: Carbonara di Mare: Simply incredible. Creamy, flavorful, and with that touch of the sea that makes it unique. Fried Calamari and Zucchini Flowers: Very light and crispy. The rest of the table: We also tried the spaghetti with clams and bottarga (you can tell they were generously sprinkled!), the seafood appetizer on a bed of julienned carrots with mussels and shrimp, and the eggplant parmigiana. Everything was incredibly fresh and presented with great care. The entire staff was incredibly kind and professional! 🥰 I can't wait to go back already!
