Special mention and thanks to the managers, who are pleasant, have a great conversation, and don't hesitate to chat with us despite the language barrier.

25/10/2025: A truly pleasant experience. Every dish served was delicious. From appetizer to dessert, there was never a disappointment. Fresh fish and cooked to order. Quick service. The staff was kind and friendly, even making us laugh a few times. Was it luck? I don't think so... I'll definitely be back.

27/09/2025: My father and I had lunch at Trattoria Loludá, a place I'd been waiting to try for a long time. The ideal format for those seeking the authentic flavors of our island, respecting seasonality and the raw materials, which are simply excellent and treated with respect and passion. The appetizers were excellent; we tried authentic Sassari-style snails, exquisite mutton carpaccio with Cipriani sauce, and smoked swordfish with peaches—bite-sized pieces, intense, authentic flavor. For our main course, a grilled tuna fillet (the star of Loludá's cuisine). Simple, without frills, the fish was the true star. Cooking? Perfect. Good taste, knowledge, and respect for the raw materials are the true strength of this trattoria, and of Dario and Luciana, who masterfully run it.

24/08/2025: We went yesterday with some friends. I'd known Giulio for a while. We'd often ordered takeout, but I'd never had the chance to eat there. The full menu: Appetizer: top-quality, delicious cured meats. First course: malloreddus alla barbaricina (sausage, sauce, and olives). Spectacular. The sauce wasn't too sweet, not too acidic... just one word: PERFECT, IMPECCABLE. Second course: pork and beef, and premmentu (stuffed chicken). Side dish: tomatoes and coccoi indorau (a traditional fried bread). Desserts: Pardulas (a typical Sardinian dessert made with ricotta and saffron in a pastry basket) and amaretti (almond biscuits). Beer, strictly Ichnusa, and water, but they also offer soft drinks. All for €30. Highly recommended. They also offer fish dishes.

His recommendations are also spot on, hitting the spot for just what you fancy. The music, atmosphere and bar is a vibe! You won’t be disappointed. 12/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best smash burgers we've ever had! We went to this place to try the smash burgers... and we have to say they were truly a surprise! Two simply spectacular burgers: juicy meat, perfectly cooked, soft yet perfectly firm bun, and a balance of flavors you don't often find. You could taste the quality of the ingredients; everything was fresh and well-assembled. The portions were just right, and the service was fast and friendly, no-frills but very attentive. If you love real smash burgers, this place is a must-try. In our opinion, they're the best we've ever had. We'll definitely be back!
