25/03/2026: We barely received any greeting, and then server seemed so inconvenienced that we didn't have a reservation (in the virtually empty tent), so they placed us next to the only other couple there having a romantic dinner two inches away. Then, despite pointing to a photo on their menu and saying ONE portion (to be split among our group which was on an evening food tour trying out various foods in Sardinia), they charged each person for the meal and side, which was served on a single unhygienic and wobbly cork tray.
Restaurant staff walk around with grumpy faces, the decor is dark and dreary, and the tent hall cold and uninviting. The cork plate and dogs being carried over tables is unsanitary, so there's nothing to recommend.

05/11/2025: Without a doubt one of Calasetta's most beautiful beaches. Its name refers to the salt flats behind it, which lend it beautiful colors, from pink to orange, and are perfect for relaxing walks. The beach has two entrances on opposite sides, both with parking. A sandy beach that invites you to dive into the stunning water. In the summer, one section is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, while the other is free. It's just as stunning in the fall, often even more so.

Authentic Sardinian cuisine, excellent ingredients, and dishes crafted with attention to every detail. The tasting menu is top-notch, the atmosphere elegant and welcoming, and the service professional but never cold.
The quality/price ratio is absolutely right for the experience it offers.
One of those places you'll want to return to and recommend without hesitation.

I simply invite you to visit it during the Christmas season, in the evening, and enjoy its baroque beauty, the lights, and the simultaneously sacred and festive atmosphere.
"Paris is well worth a Mass," someone said, but our Basilica is no exception ;)

22/04/2026: Pani e Casu isn't just a restaurant where you can savor traditional Sardinian recipes, but rather a gathering place, a refuge where you can find emotional and emotional solace, a charismatic place for certain senses, where the entire staff, led by Pierpaolo and, for some time now, also by his partner, are committed to making sure you enjoy the experience to the fullest.
Plus, there will always be that background music, and not so much background music, to accompany your stay.
I come and will visit them whenever I can.

21/04/2026: Excellent traditional Sardinian food. The goat stew and malloreddus were delicious. The desserts, sobada and raviolini dolci, far exceeded my expectations—absolutely fantastic.
The staff was very friendly.

09/10/2025: Highly recommended. Very good service, excellent food. The ambiance is perfect. So far, the best restaurant in town. If you want to sit on the roof terrace, it's best to make a reservation in advance.
