Pani e Casu isn't just a restaurant where you can savor traditional Sardinian recipes, but rather a gathering place, a refuge where you can find emotional and emotional solace, a charismatic place for certain senses, where the entire staff, led by Pierpaolo and, for some time now, also by his partner, are committed to making sure you enjoy the experience to the fullest. Excellent traditional Sardinian food. The goat stew and malloreddus were delicious. The desserts, sobada and raviolini dolci, far exceeded my expectations—absolutely fantastic. The staff was very friendly.

Forget the "Feel at home" because there are places you can relax even more and get better food than "at home" and Pani e Casu which means Bread and Cheese is one of those places and by the way no fish here only Sardinian pasta specialities, good wine meat and dolcetti sardi, plus if Pierpaolo is in the mood you might enjoy live piano playing. You're very welcome 🙏 to Sardinia.

We were in this restaurant yesterday and it was a real pleasure to return after many years, thanks to everyone, a special thanks to the waitress with glasses for the attention due to my food intolerances ❤️

03/05/2026: I’m giving 5 stars because this please is everything I wanted it to be! super local, easy going, great food! The only disappointing thing is, I made another reservation for Sunday! But when we arrived they were closed, it seems the reservation was changed, but I received no notice of this, I’m not sure if this is Google’s booking system or the restaurant themselves, but maybe they should fix this problem for others in the future. None the less! This is a must visit.
28/04/2026: This was our first dinner in Cagliari and it made a great impression of the city. Fresh seafood, family style/feel restaurant where it’s all about the food! Pasta and fish were excellent! Friendly waiter and very helpful staff in general. Everyone was super happy and it made for a wonderful experience!

18/02/2026: We had a very good time at this restaurant; the welcome and service were pleasant. The pizzas were excellent, with a thin crust just the way we like them.
10/01/2026: Decent pizza: the dough is very thin, perhaps too thin, and tends to crumble quite a bit. Overall, it's passable if you get the chance, but I personally prefer other pizzerias in Cagliari. The price is still fair compared to the average.
