11/01/2025: Vine aquí en septiembre de 2022 (no febrero de 2024 ) y todavía pienso en su pizza sin gluten - sigue siendo la mejor que he probado!! Sin duda volveremos a Cerdeña un día solo para venir aquí de nuevo. También tenía pasta sin gluten encantadora aquí.

17/02/2025: We have been to this twice already. Local but I will never go back again. Never seen delays in serving you, they make us sit on the upper floor. And they abandon us for 47 minutes while downstairs they serve people who arrived after us who I see calmly serving. Organization 0 have no minimal sense of catering. We get up and leave... knowing that there is no shortage of serious people in Ansassari. Once we go down to Pressa Niedda we eat in 40 minutes, served and revered with the utmost professionalism and don't talk to me about times and days...particulars...you can serve a table positioned below us...and verbs bring bread and drinks in 5 minutes and we are up in the middle of the crowd forgotten for 40 minutes without seeing a waiter who at least asks us for a drink...it's not permissible...for us who come from catering and large numbers in a seaside place... I won't set foot there again .nobody try again

14/04/2025: It has been a few years but I haven't forget the great experience. We tried to walk in at 6pm but they were fully booked. However, the server was very kind and said they can take us in if we can finished in an hour. Then we had the best pasta with clams ever. Look forward to return to try more dishes next time when visiting Sardinia. Thank you.

The owner says it clearly: he works out of passion. And you can feel it. The environment is homely, without frills, with that "today we eat well" air. The ingredients? Genuine like the smile with which they welcome you. The house wine is a bottle of chatter and satisfaction that comes from the Sorso and Sennori vineyards. Must try the cordula with peas: a rustic and spicy embrace. Tripe alla parmigiana is epic and glorious poetry. The shoe: essential. Snails, lumaconi and monzette? A trio that makes you reevaluate the meaning of life. In short, “The Assassin” hits straight in the stomach. But in that beautiful way, from which you don't want to defend yourself but it makes you come out happy and singing. “The Assassin” doesn't kill hunger. 14/04/2025: The Florio bar is one of those intimate but not boring places, which always offers different proposals. It may happen that you stop for an aperitif and take advantage of the beautiful pedestrian area - which almost seems like a small glimpse of the 60s where people on the mild evenings in Cagliari put their chairs in the square and chatted - and realize that suddenly a party has broken out in the its small space - but always open to exhibitions and creative installations - sometimes techno, sometimes jazz, sometimes fusion... and your aperitif becomes an after dinner. Excellent Sardinian spirits and food and wine products.

06/03/2025: I didn't see the rooms, we stopped after booking for lunch, there were 11 of us, they served us divinely with spectacular dishes, we ate everything, each excellent course prepared with care and a special taste. We will definitely come back and recommend it!!! Ate really well, a lot is spent just right!!! TRUE FARMHOUSE WITH HANDMADE PRODUCTS AND FAMILY RAISED MEATS!!! Spectacular

16/03/2025: We found this Agriturismo by chance and were very happy with the choice. Very welcoming place and very friendly staff. The food was plentiful and of excellent quality, starting from the starters up to the desserts. My children played in the large garden all the time and we also visited the animals.
