Carmelo welcomed us with rare kindness, making us feel more like guests than customers. An attention to detail and a warmth that are increasingly rare these days. Then comes Signora Nina's cooking... and that's where the magic happens. The ravioli with Sardinian meat ragù are among the best I've ever eaten: an incredibly creamy filling and a ragù rich in flavor yet delicate, perfectly balanced. The eggplant Sassarese-style was exceptional, as were the culurgiones, prepared with a care you could taste in every bite. But the real masterpiece was the suckling pig with myrtle: perfectly crispy skin, incredibly tender meat that literally melts in your mouth. One of those dishes that alone is worth the trip. If you want to taste authentic Sardinian cuisine, made with passion, quality, and genuine hospitality, this place is a must. Heartfelt congratulations to Carmelo and Signora Nina: it's clear they serve more than just food, but a love for their homeland.

14/07/2026: The Gavoi suckling pig with potatoes, at €26.50, was good, but the portions were decidedly small. Two pieces per person, five servings for five people, disguised in the classic cork sippa, was either way too little or way too expensive.
