Ristorante Hieracon In Carloforte

29 years ago we were guests of this hotel. I was pregnant with my son Giacomo, I had very strong nausea, I remember the smells of the sea, of food that bothered me. But the indelible memory of the place, of the courtesy, of the relaxation experienced during that holiday does not abandon me. My husband perfectly remembers eating delicious fish dishes, although he fights a bit with cooked fish. Thanks to your island, proud and authentic. Who knows if we will succeed next year...

I spent a night in this historic seafront building in Carloforte with a group of cycling friends. Large rooms with comfortable beds, Excellent and plentiful sweet and savory breakfast. The bike storage problem was quickly resolved.

I was there in mid-September 2023. We were a group of cyclists with many electric bikes in tow, for their shelter, the hotelier was available to change the intended place with an easier one. The structure is in an ancient noble palace, renovated and with generous spaces, equipped with a garden overlooking some rooms, I liked it. Friendly staff. I had a good time.

Ho assistito personalmente agli accadimenti e posso affermare che la Maffei MENTE è che LA SUA RECENSIONE NEGATIVA È UNA PICCOLA E VOLGARE VENDETTA, CHE PERO' INFANGA IN MODO INGIUSTO IL PERSONALE CHE GESTISCE L'HOTEL HIERACON A CARLOFORTE. Purtroppo MI SONO VERGOGNATA del comportamento della sig.ra Maffei (E NON SONO STATA LA SOLA): maleducata, irrispettosa ed agressiva in modo reiterato, sia il pomeriggio del nostro arrivo, che il giorno della nostra partenza, nonostante il ns soggiorno presso l'hotel sia stato ottimale da tutti i punti di vista: gentilezza, professionalità, pulizia in un antico splendido edificio. Il personale dell'hotel (senza reagire e mantenendo la calma, nonostante il modo screanzato, volgare e prepotente della responsabile del ns gruppo) ha saputo risolvere in tempi brevi al ns arrivo, il problema di dove ricoverare in sicurezza le ns 17 biciclette. Non conto di partecipare mai più ad una gita in bici organizzata da Ciclopera, società della Maffei, e non sono la sola! Spero per contro di riuscire a tornare a Carloforte nel Vs hotel.

Great experience! The hotel is located in a great position, just in front of the port and we found a free parking spot 1 min walking from it. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, a comfy bed and the AC! Our room had a balcony facing the port with such a beautiful view!! We loved the breakfast in the garden with fresh local focaccia and homemade cakes! The receptionist were lovely and kindly suggested us which beaches to visit everyday depends of the wind. We’ll definitely come back here next time we visit Carloforte!
