02/04/2025: Not a “simple” bar. We are used to thinking that bars are a place where you can grab a quick bite and not something particularly tasty or elaborate. Maybe accompanied by a courteous but unpretentious service. If by chance you have this idea, then Nobel will amaze you. Starting with the quality of the service. Attentive, welcoming and smiling people. A place where you can have breakfast is an opportunity to exchange a few words with the staff. And lunch? Behind the counter, in a small room, there is a person capable of preparing delicious dishes of any kind, suitable for those who want to indulge at lunch and for those who want to stay in shape. From Italian “pokè” to combined dishes, passing through delicious first courses and the best stuffed focaccias I have ever eaten (antico vinaio scansati :D ). Every dish I have tasted made by her has never disappointed me. And finally a real gem. If you want to accompany your lunch with a good wine, you are spoiled for choice, because behind that counter hides one of the best sommeliers in Sardinia. In short, if you still don't frequent Nobel, it is normal if you think that there is nothing special at the bar. P.s: if you try their tiramisu you become addicted.

09/10/2024: We stayed for 3 nights and it was a really good experience. The rooms look a bit old but they are clean, staff was nice and the breakfast was the best we‘ve had on the whole Island. I would recommend this hotel 👍🏼

05/11/2024: I had dinner here together with a colleague. We arrived a bit out of season in the beginning of October. My colleague was vegetarian and the staff were extremely helpful and very nice and engaged. The food was also nice and the desert was superb. We really enjoyed this restaurant and we really felt like valued customers.

Da non sottovalutare Il fatto che è possibile anche mangiare una pizza sia a pranzo che a cena. Da consigliare caldamente. Ritornerò con immenso piacere. Una bellissima esperienza.

12/02/2025: My recent dinner at "I Sarti del Gusto" in Cagliari was simply perfect. From the moment I entered, the welcoming and elegant atmosphere immediately won me over. The staff, incredibly courteous and knowledgeable, were able to advise us and guide us in choosing the dishes with passion and competence. Each course was a true work of art, both for the presentation with attention to the smallest details and, above all, for the explosion of flavors that delighted my palate. The very fresh and high quality ingredients, expertly combined, enhanced the aromas and flavors of the Sardinian tradition with a touch of originality and innovation that I particularly appreciated.

18/01/2025: The pizza comes with a finely rolled dough and a slightly pronounced crust. It is light and tasty, indicating the use of good quality ingredients. The wait staff is friendly and the waiting times are average. The coffee is delicious, even the decaffeinated one. The place is quite simple, more reminiscent of a bar than a pizzeria. The internal room is not very large, there is also an intermediate room and an external dehor. I didn't particularly appreciate that the internal and intermediate rooms were joined (I think due to space requirements) by opening the French window. This led to a clear cooling of the internal room and consequently I suffered from the cold throughout dinner.

27/12/2024: Helpful and courteous staff, the pizza very good and light, as are the desserts. All at a really great price. Absolutely recommended pizzeria.

22/12/2024: Excellent relaxed place with a pleasant atmosphere and owners who make you feel as if you were invited to their home. An experience that goes far beyond wine or dinner, simply a wonderful place to enjoy life. "Ham, love and wine" is the proposal, and boy do they deliver.

10/11/2024: Un superbe endroit à Alghero, pour un soirée dans les ruelles piétonnes de la vielle ville ! Les propriétaires ont mélange le style de l'apéro italien avec celui du pays basque, pour un résultat très réussi : des vins Sardes, des pinchos (tapas basques) sur des petites tartines, et une superbe ambiance !

13/04/2025: Absolutely loved this place!! We came a little late in the evening and tables in the main room were fully booked but the owner / host kindly gave us a table in the side-room and when a table came available in the main room we swapped. The place was filled with locals (we were the only ‘tourists’), which was lovely. Host was so welcoming and friendly. The food was just delicious - we can only recommend this place and would more than happily come back.
