14/09/2025: I recommend checking the prices before ordering to avoid unpleasant surprises. The prices are definitely above average, especially for a place located in a less-than-exceptional or exclusive area. In my case, I had a medium double malt beer for the modest sum of €7.50. I honestly didn't expect to spend so much on a beer...at the bar, not at the table. Customers should be able to return when they leave, and this place doesn't do that, in my opinion. Prices are too high. Be careful! It's unfortunate to leave certain reviews, but it's also unfortunate to pay such a high price for a simple beer in San Vito, especially in a small square and not in some other wonderful location.

20/07/2025: Per me tornare a Casa Mita è sempre speciale. Accoglienza calorosa da parte dello staff, cibo super squisito, gli antipasti sono qualcosa di meraviglioso, per non parlare dei primi. Questa volta ci siamo concessi anche un dessert che ovviamente ha superato le aspettative. L’atmosfera e la pace di questo posto non hanno rivali.

14/10/2025: One of the very few truly Neapolitan pizzerias in the area. Dough baked in a wood-fired oven according to Neapolitan tradition. Fresh ingredients. The desserts are equally delicious. Friendly and professional owners. My favorite pizzeria.

12/10/2025: We've been customers for years, almost from the beginning, and it remains my favorite pizza place ever since. Very clean and welcoming, I recommend trying everything they offer, including the wonderful local desserts. Impeccable service and delicious food!! You're the best 💪💪💪

12/10/2025: A good hotel, with trained and kind staff. The hotel is probably renovated, with all the electronic equipment. Video cameras, blinds and windows in the bathroom electrically controlled by switches, USB sockets. Cleaning is done daily, but, from my point of view, it is not a 4-star hotel because of the very small rooms, shower 90 x 90 cm. Overall a good hotel for a small town like Palagiano

07/09/2025: Hygiene and service were nonexistent. The outside of the bidet was covered in feces. When we complained, the receptionist came to check and reiterated that she didn't think it was feces, despite the disgust visible on her face. We asked for another room. This one was cramped and dark: hair, sand, and dust on every surface, mold in the shower, debris in the toilet that returned after every flush, no Wi-Fi, no phone signal. Noisy. No compensation or apology, neither from the receptionist nor the manager. Edit: I didn't ask or say anything after I was assigned the second room, noticing the incompetence, dishonesty, and lack of hygiene at this establishment. I never asked for a higher category room. You are liars and dishonest people like I've never seen before.

16/08/2025: A terrible experience... we ate pizzas with a strangely sweet dough... therefore, no salt. I ordered a pizza and received a completely different one, which I sent back. The tragedy, however, came with the bill, where they charged, or at least attempted to charge, us for the pizza they had made the mistake... which we promptly had deducted... 12 euros for nothing. (And they knew this very well when we requested it.) Finally, as if that weren't enough... two one-year-olds in this restaurant were charged a 3-euro cover charge (for what, for the use of the space?) When we pointed this out at the cashier, the husband and wife team verbally attacked us! A truly terrible experience.

09/11/2025: The food was all delicious, from appetizers to dessert. However, while the appetizers arrived in 10 minutes, the pizzas took a good 3/4 hour. Understandable considering it was a Saturday night (but it was 100% worth it anyway 😋). The bill was quite steep (note the extra fries on the Margherita, which came to a whopping €2, or the same for a bottle of water), but all in all, there are worse options. Recommended if you want a tasty dinner and aren't too concerned about the price.

29/10/2025: THE CURED MEATS APPETIZER PROMISES, ON THE MENU, A SELECTION OF CHEESES, BUT INSTEAD THEY ONLY BRING YOU ONE PIECE THAT YOU HAVE TO SHARE. IF YOU ASK FOR EXPLANATION, THEY THROW THE MENU IN YOUR FACE. THE MIXED ROAST INCLUDES LAMB, BUT THEY DON'T WARN YOU THAT IT'S UNAVAILABLE AND, ON THEIR OWN INITIATIVE, THEY BRING YOU SOMETHING ELSE YOU DIDN'T REQUEST. LASTLY, THE RAW POTATOES. WHEN YOU POINTED OUT THE SHORTCOMINGS AND THEIR LACK OF SERIOUSNESS, THEY OFFERED YOU A 1 EURO DISCOUNT AFTER A BRIEF CONSULTATION WITH THE OWNER IN THE KITCHEN. VERY EVERYTHING.

24/08/2025: Good evening, this evening I bought 4 pizzas through Just Eat. Terrible experience. The 4-cheese pizza on the menu was listed as having tomato pulp, but it actually arrived white. The other pizzas had tasteless ingredients, the chips on the pizza were rubbery and raw, and to top it all off, the pizza dough was indescribable. I won't be reordering.

19/08/2025: Everything was delicious, from the doughnuts to the fried pizzas. Recommended for good Neapolitan street food! The only downside is that the desserts aren't homemade, and aren't up to par with the rest of the products.

29/06/2025: more than a cloud it was a brick, doughnuts too greasy and prices too high for things that are reheated and then served, moreover with non-original creams.. it's true the place is small but the organization is completely lacking, the dessert stuck to the savoury for hours and hours in the window is literally unwatchable..

03/11/2025: We only had breakfast with a croissant and cappuccino, and the quality and price were excellent. We've been back again, and it's always been positive.

12/09/2025: Terrible experience, the owner was arrogant with the dining room staff, the coffee was burnt, and the croissant tasted like eggs and was hard!! Avoid!

Valentina welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel immediately at ease... amazing pool, high quality dinner, kind and friendly staff... clean room and a delicious breakfast ♥️ we will definitely be back ♥️
