10/07/2025: I came here for the first time for an outdoor dance evening. The place is spacious, airy, and well-organized. The only service I received was pizza, which, contrary to what I'd heard, was good, like Roman pizza. Not bad!

03/07/2025: Far too loud, and residents are bothered by the disturbance not only on Saturday and Sunday, but also starting Thursday. A disgrace for everyone who lives in the area.

18/08/2025: We stumbled upon this café by chance and were so pleased, we came here every morning for the duration of our vacation. The staff are incredibly friendly, and it's welcoming and clean. The pastries are all delicious. Highly recommended!

24/05/2025: I entered this bar intrigued by the sign "artisan workshop". The staff is friendly and I sat down happy for the nice welcome. I ordered a cappuccino and a dark chocolate croissant. A disappointment ... Good dough but the dark chocolate was almost non-existent and of low quality. Average cappuccino. The bill was a final blow, prices too high for what is offered.

28/06/2025: Arnaque totale..2 x plats de jour + dessert en supplément + 2 verres de vin pr 90 €....avec en prime 2 desserts dont un tiramisu desséché stocker au soleil ainsi qu'une tartelette pistache....

28/06/2025: È come stare in famiglia 🥰 buon cibo,buon vino ottima accoglienza...Abbiamo iniziato con salumi e formaggi stagionati, orecchiette in terrina x due,lasagna x me😋,riso patate e cozze x fratello...Tutto ottimo accompagnato da un buon primitivo e fresca coca-cola con ghiaccio e limone come piace a me. Bellissima location,con lampade e viti germogliate 😍!Ci torneremo ogni volta che veniamo a Martina Franca!!

18/07/2025: Good afternoon, I happen to frequent this pastry shop quite often and I must say that I have always found excellent quality products, very kind, polite and respectful employees as are the managers. Among other things, for some time they have also been making cold first courses, salads and pizzas and I must say that even these last products are of excellent quality. The place is very clean and bright. In short, it is definitely a business to try and recommend. You will certainly be satisfied.

02/07/2025: We went in the morning, we had a decent breakfast, the prices were high but the products were good, we returned in the afternoon and had our meals, a gentleman behind the counter scolded my wife and my daughter by shouting loudly because they had entered the bathroom together and according to him there had been a queue outside which among other things had already been there before, without understanding why two of them entered and the needs that a woman has, they are not as fast as men, we have different times, we need education, respect for the customer as we have towards those who work, I I will never return again.

23/07/2025: We had a great meal, the staff was great, and the music was great. We're so glad we found this little secret garden.

21/05/2025: I have to give 5 stars because you can't give more, the location is fantastic and tastefully decorated, the menu offers several choices, one better than the other and the chef's cheesecakes were out of this world. The service is very fast and the guys who work there love what they do. The quality/price ratio is perfectly respected. We will definitely be back to try more and more things

04/05/2025: We celebrated my daughter's birthday. Very nice and welcoming place, really professional staff and very helpful in organizing the event down to the smallest details, always ready to listen. Very patient and friendly waiters. Delicious food. I highly recommend it

26/04/2025: Lenti al massimo nonostante non fosse una serata piena di gente! Sti panini sono piccoli e sanno di poco, l hamburger sembra quello del Mc Donald’s. Patatine in porzioni davvero esigue e sembrano le classiche patatine dei sacchetti congelati nel supermercato. Chiediamo di abbassare il volume della musica per parlare e non l hanno fatto. I tovaglioli di carta 1 a testa; chiediamo di portarci altri tovaglioli e ce ne portano 4 in più (ci siamo puliti le mani sui muri)!! Non venivamo da molto tempo ma dopo 1 anno la situazione sembra sia calata ulteriormente. E per concludere al conto avevamo più fame di prima nonostante le 37€ a coppia per 1 panino, 2 patatine al centro e la birra pure smezzata….che follia!!!

31/07/2025: We visited this pizzeria on Saturday for a family event, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. 1. When we asked for a paper menu, we were told to use our cell phones, despite the fact that there were people at the table who weren't tech-savvy. The staff's response was rude and unsympathetic. 2. After ordering a portion of fries, upon our second request, we were told—after over an hour—that our order hadn't been received. When we persisted, we were told they couldn't deliver them because the pizzas were "on their way." 3. The pizzas finally arrived about an hour and a half after we ordered them (over two hours of total wait). 4. The quality of the pizzas? Decent, but certainly didn't justify the wait. 5. The staff was clearly untrained and poorly coordinated. The most unpleasant moment, however, came when we politely pointed out our discomfort: the owner responded in an unacceptable tone. The problem isn't the young people who work so hard, but those who run the place with little professionalism and disrespect for their customers.

30/07/2025: Terrible service, incredibly long waits, and rude waiters who wander aimlessly. Just think, we waited over two hours for a pizza. I recommend closing the place if you're not up to the task of organizing and serving properly. Imagine five tables like us complaining about the wait times, even for our orders. Highly not recommended.

02/07/2025: Wonderful ice cream, Gabriele the owner, very kind. The flavors are truly artisanal, the taste unique. Exquisite ice cream, 5 stars are not enough, it deserves at least 10. Highly recommended

14/08/2025: I've been to the Palio several times, and for my money, it's an enviable location. It's a shame, though, how it's exploited. At 11:45 PM, I was refused a seat (there were three of us adults) despite there being several free tables because, according to the waitress, they're reserved for dinner only. At 11:45 PM.

11/08/2025: The food was good, but the service was terrible. I asked for water and twice for dessert, only to be told it was out!

15/02/2025: Ristorante risulta aperto su internet ma all'arrivo troviamo che stanno facendo lavori di ristrutturazione..... no comment. Già la qualità è quella che è ma adesso per me hanno chiuso.
