01/05/2026: The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The tuna tartare and tuna steak are highly recommended. The staff were polite and welcoming. Giosuè is an excellent restaurateur, discreet and polite. We'll be back as soon as possible.

10/05/2026: We stopped at Paradiso during a bike tour. Angelo and his team exceeded all our expectations. They were incredibly friendly and generous. The food was excellent, and everything was done in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Alberobello and Locorotondo, this is the place to be.
