09/04/2026: A truly delightful experience in the heart of Martina Franca. The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The real highlight is the experience of being able to personally select the cuts of meat right at the butcher's counter, which are then served directly at your table: a traditional ritual I always appreciate. The quality of the ingredients is evident, but I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to some technical and service issues that could have been better managed. Overall, it's a highly recommended place for those seeking Apulian tradition in a beautiful location.
