Panificio Bianco is a great place for those looking for fresh, quality products. The bread is always good, but the 5-grain focaccia is definitely worth a try (tasty and light). A must-try!

From Chiara: We discovered this bakery by chance when my husband was transferred to Taranto for work. We were welcomed like family, with top-quality products and always friendly and helpful staff. When we return to Taranto on vacation, it's our go-to place. Highly recommended. A special mention for Chiara. We'll be back soon!

If I could, I'd take up residence above this bakery! The white focaccia with olives and tomato is like a cuddle: wonderful! The girls behind the counter are kind and don't judge you if you make strange noises in appreciation for the pizza! I recommend it! I love you!

04/01/2026: Very friendly staff, an equally welcoming atmosphere, delicious food with short waits and constantly being baked. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. I think this place is one of the few remaining with truly modest prices. I hope to return soon.

But that's not all: the pizza and panzerotti are also truly exceptional, prepared with quality ingredients and all the experience of Taranto's traditional pizza makers. An added bonus is certainly the kindness and professionalism of Francesco and his entire staff, always welcoming and attentive to their customers. A truly jewel in the city's crown. Highly recommended!
