23/07/2026: We ordered a mixed grill, a grilled caciocavallo cheese, some side dishes, and some sandwiches. After over an hour of waiting, and several reminders to the waitresses, the only response we received was a generic "they're preparing it." More than an hour after placing our order, we were informed that the main cut of meat for the grill was out of stock. Ten minutes later, we were told that the vegetables we'd ordered as a side dish were also out. I find it absurd that after all that time, the staff still didn't know what was actually available. When the grill finally arrived, the arrosticini were completely cold and the burgers were dry and burned. Meanwhile, the other dishes were still missing. So I personally contacted one of the owners, who simply apologized for the wait. After another twenty minutes, the sandwiches arrived, but here too, serious problems arose: they no longer had a burger available for one of the sandwiches, and they only realized this almost two hours after ordering. Furthermore, the wrong sandwiches were served. This isn't just an organizational error: serving a dish different from the one ordered can become a serious problem for those with allergies or food intolerances. At that point, I asked for the grilled caciocavallo cheese to be withheld, as the wait time was now beyond any reasonable limit. The most disappointing thing was the final handling of the situation. When it came time for the bill, despite the constant poor service, I received no special attention. When I politely pointed out what had happened, they even replied that they weren't aware of any problems and that they'd never had dissatisfied customers. This response was difficult to understand, considering that throughout the evening I had repeatedly reported the inconveniences to both the waitresses and one of the owners. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

07/07/2026: I don't usually give a negative review of a place, but here tonight I had all the indications to do so... let's start with the almost non-existent service, an endless wait for a bowl of bacon and cheddar chips (obviously just a sprinkling of bacon on top and a drizzle of cheddar at the unrealistic cost of €9). Then I received a sandwich assembled like a ciabatta that you could easily make at home... the sandwich being very dry (it called for mayo but alas there was a drop) made me ask for some sachets of sauces to make it a little more moist; surprise, I found myself with €2 on the bill for sauces!! First and alas last time, total disappointment!

24/01/2026: The food was undoubtedly good, as it is every time I eat here (except for the meat gyoza, which didn't have their usual flavor). The only negative point concerns the table layout. Last night, we were seated at the table next to the door leading to the outdoor seating area: a decidedly unpleasant situation in the winter, with the cold coming in every time the door was opened. Not to mention the rudeness of some customers who left without even closing the door, forcing me to get up several times to do so myself. When I dine, I want to be relaxed, not have to close the doors. They should definitely find another way to access the outdoor seating area, at least during the winter season, because yesterday's dinner didn't go as well as we'd hoped, but more importantly, as we'd expected from a place like this. I hope to change my mind next time I come here.

31/03/2026: Staff needs to be changed. The sales assistant can't do this job if he doesn't have empathy and looks askance at the customer. Never again.

02/05/2026: A very respectable tourist menu for €20 (appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, fruit, drink, and liqueur) with a wide selection of dishes to choose from, and above all, generous. I recommend it.

21/08/2026: Terrible service and pretentious dishes. I was given a table surrounded by people in swimming suit coming from the beach. Service was unfriendly and made no effort to advise on the menu. In comparison with others restaurants in the area this is by far the most disappointing place

29/04/2026: I needed to stay near the hospital and chose this hotel for its location. I found dirty sheets and hair in the bed, and the bathroom was dirty and already used. I reported all this and they ignored it as if nothing had happened. I do not recommend it.

06/07/2026: A perfect 30th birthday: everything was exactly how I wanted it! I chose this venue to celebrate my 30th birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. The food and drinks were excellent. But the real touch of class was the organization and attention to detail: the staff created a spectacular balloon arch for me and a cake that was not only beautiful to look at, but also delicious. They listened to my every request and took care of the decor down to the smallest detail (I'll leave you with the photos so you can see how wonderful I'm talking about!). A huge thank you to the entire team for their helpfulness, professionalism, and for making this evening unforgettable. Highly recommended for any event!

28/06/2026: Terrible experience. I just got home without having eaten my pizza...after over an hour and a half of waiting...nothing, and apparently it was still taking longer...forced to leave, paying for drinks and a cover charge. Of course, I correctly went to the cashier to pay for just the drinks and, after complaining, they didn't even have the decency to perhaps waive the cover charge...shame on me.

11/11/2025: Stopped by chance for lunch on a Sunday. The place is old and could use some updating. The pizza was thin and rather dry for my taste. The presentation was also very sad. The girls serving were very good and quick.

31/07/2026: A PLEASANT EVENING, BUT THE OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY SUPERFICIAL I was here on Thursday, July 31, 2026. The PR Nicola was truly kind and professional, so I have nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the owner completely ruined the experience. He was extremely superficial and rude to me and my friends simply because we were discussing politics with other people. Obviously, if our views don't align with his, respect fades. This is a rather sad attitude, and unbecoming of someone who runs a venue open to the public. It's a shame, because the place isn't bad at all. But being treated with condescension for a simple conversation puts you off returning. From a venue that claims to be upscale, I would expect much more politeness, open-mindedness, and less ideological rigidity.

22/04/2026: The location is only in name, but overlooking San Lorenzo Bay is nothing like it. The staff is friendly but poorly trained... they say the waiter listed some dishes in the appetizer, but then he brings 70% of them. The raw seafood is very hot and not fresh. The San Lorenzo appetizer should be the best for this restaurant, but there were maybe 300g of seafood and the other half was all julienned salad to convey the size of the dish... the waiter said it cost €14, but at the cashier it cost €25... a paltry dish. Not to mention the spaghetti with clams to my son... who, turning to me, says... but they're just spaghetti with oil... I tasted them and, as expected, they turned out not to be with clams, which had nothing to do with the flavor. The fish they served was truly appalling, the portions were meager... orecchiette with tomato sauce, 50g for a girl, and they were even die-hard... Troccoli with seafood tasted of flour and was full of a cream that didn't taste like seafood at all... What can I say about the high bill and the chef who couldn't answer his own disgrace, and at least had the dignity to say... you're right!!!! Such rudeness I've never seen. The only excellent thing was the pizza and the peppered mussels. P.S. The old management was a whole different world... it was better than this one. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.!!!!!!!!!!

14/09/2025: Excellent restaurant with delicious dishes. Very friendly staff and tables along the traffic-free street, the best. Compliments. The stuffed mussels and orecchiette with turnip tops are superb. Highly recommended.
