28/09/2025: Uneven ice cream, some good, others very bland. Not a word in a foreign language, too bad for the tourists!

14/09/2025: The Spritz that leaves you twice as cold: for the cost and the unquantifiable amount of ice. I come from the homeland of the Spritz, and in all my years, I've never paid a premium for a handful of chips.

18/10/2025: I ordered a sandwich at 9pm and it was delivered at 9.35pm, there were 2 of us who had ordered everything in the place

26/07/2025: The sandwich is spectacular, the only downside is that it's a tiny place. Other than that, no problem!

15/05/2025: It sucks they didn't even bring me the pizza I waited 24 hours and not even the pizza service so 1 but I would really like to put zero but it's not possible environment is ok so 4 stars but the service sucks close it down

25/09/2025: Small rooms, lacking comfort, uncomfortable beds, neglected sports facilities with rust and moss in both the playground and pool areas. Some children's games were patched up, some were broken and therefore unsafe, the gym was unusable, and most of the pool loungers were broken. Uncomfortable beds, rooms in need of renovation. When a group arrived for two days, there was chaos, great confusion both during the afternoon rest hours and at night, even on the beach; the restaurant felt like a market. There were no warnings, as the group continued to make a racket without any problems. Unreasonable wait times for breakfast during the group's stay: a 40-minute line at the only machine for a cappuccino, with a bar open, and no staff member made a coffee or anything else. The water for showers was lukewarm, but after we informed them, the temperature was raised. The place is infested with mosquitoes. I recommend mosquito nets in the rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. But the price isn't worth the service. The only positives are the staff and the good food. Salvatore is the top maître d'.

05/08/2025: The facility could use a bit of updating, but otherwise we spent two weeks relaxing and having fun. My little Antonella really had a great time, thanks also to the entertainment staff: Gaia, Michelle, Federica, Nunzia, and everyone else, including Michele, the super-friendly shuttle driver. Everyone was really good and well-organized. The facility is truly child-friendly. We'll definitely be back next year. Thanks to everyone, especially Bruno, who was always there for us. Thank you. 17/08/2025: Good quality food, but truly terrible service this evening. We specifically came from outside Cerignola to eat fried panzerotto, but as we were ready to order, we were told they weren't available this evening. (Disappointment and disappointment for a large table of mostly non-Apulian vacationers)... but that's the least of the damage. There was a huge mix-up in the servings, with side dishes mixed up, arbitrary changes made due to missing ingredients, and incorrect cooking of some meats... in short, it wasn't a very good evening. I recommend more transparency and better organization.

21/07/2025: First of all, it's not normal to have to wait an hour for two pizzas. Second, you shouldn't make fun of the customers. A waiter came by and I asked him how the pizzas were, and he said they were coming out. Perfect, except that after 10 minutes, I asked another waiter again, and he said they were preparing them. The only good thing we found was the food, which was very good and not overly expensive. I was torn between 2 and 3 stars, but I'll give it 3 solely for what we ate.

02/09/2025: We were at the Kursaal beach about two weeks ago, a terrible experience! The beach was dirty, and there was no option for lunch from the menu, except salad, bruschetta, or piadina. Yet, upon arrival, I asked at the cashier if it was possible to order penne with tomato sauce for my son. The response was, "Don't worry, come directly to the restaurant at 1:00 PM and we'll prepare it for you." When we sat down at lunchtime in the dining area, as mentioned above, there was no way to order anything from the menu. Add to that the incredibly dirty sea...

24/05/2025: Very good pizza, highly recommend.

27/08/2025: We ordered a box from this bar on Too Good to Go, and they gave us a tray of pastries and a terrible sandwich! I think they were old and definitely kept out of the refrigerator because the cream in the pastries was completely spoiled, with a sour taste, like expired milk. Too Good to Go isn't designed to give customers things you'd otherwise throw away. You risk serious harm, and it's best you don't offer anything at this point.

19/06/2025: This is one of those agriturismo places which, if I understand it correctly, is a farm that has its own restaurant so that you can experience farm to plate food. These tend to be stuck out in the countryside, as this one is, a few miles outside Peschici. The location is lovely, as was the experience dining amongst the olive groves. Unfortunately, the food and wine experience did not match. The food we received was OK but nothing special and we certainly experienced much better Orecchiette pasta on this trip round Puglia. And as for the wine well……. Now I have to say we visited here as part of a tour group with a UK travel company, so perhaps we were given the cheap stuff, but frankly it was closer to non alcoholic fruit juice that the excellent red wines this region produces. However, on this particular lunchtime it was full of locals (including the local Carbonari) with people queuing to get in. Sadly though not for me. I would not choose to come here under my own steam.

12/10/2025: The parking lot is pretty good! The sea is nearby, and if you're in a pinch, there's a store 4 km away. There's a shower, toilet, and water! But I have some questions about the showers... On Fridays, the showers are free, on Saturdays, it's 2 euros (I paid; there was a pretty girl at the checkout), but on Sunday, there's a new shift and it's 2.5 euros. How is that even possible? Management should pay attention to their employees! And on the other side of the road, the showers are always free. ))) The parking lot is a bit crowded! The sea is a bit crowded, it's a shop 4 km away. We're on duty, we're always ready to help! Ma ho qualche domanda sulle docce... Il venerdì le docce sono gratuite, il sabato costano 2 euro (ho pagato io; c'era una bella ragazza alla cassa), ma la domenica c'è un nuovo turno e costa 2.5 euro. Com'è possibile? La direzione dovrebbe stare attenta ai propri dipendenti! E dall'altra parte della strada, le docce sono sempre gratuite.

11/05/2025: Dopo una gara sportiva, ci siamo ritrovati in questo ristorante a cena con tutta la squadra. Locale direi molto accogliente e pulito. Proprietari simpatici e molto attenti, così come gli altri camerieri. Menù non molto lungo ma cmq sufficiente. Servizio rapido e precisissimo. Carne molto buona e cotta benissimo. Vino consigliato molto buono. Rapporto qualità prezzo credo buono. Io probabilmente ci ritornerei.

11/10/2025: We were 3 guys, one of whom was celiac, and even though we had a reservation (where the staff was informed of the "problem"), when we ordered they told us that the gluten-free dough had run out.

21/09/2025: Despite the various reviews I've read in recent days, this place pleasantly surprised me: the atmosphere is welcoming, the waiters are helpful and friendly, as are the pizza chefs. The food and pizza are truly excellent.

04/08/2025: After a week of work, I wanted to relax a bit by the sea. I decided to try this beach on the recommendation of friends. All day, they blasted me with loud disco music. I tried going for a walk, and I could hear it from afar. I was hoping they'd turn the volume down at least after lunch, but no luck. I came home with a migraine. I definitely won't be returning, and I don't recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing day.

24/07/2025: Very unfriendly and unmotivated at the bar, a sad Aperol mix -> 90% water. The mixing ratio is poor. Otherwise, a very nice, clean, comfortable beach area with umbrellas, music at the bar, plenty of space, and comfortable for chilling until 8:30 p.m. 😇🕶⛱️🌞🐶🐟
