23/09/2024: Un locale così frequentato non può perdersi per una caparra di 2€ sulla brocca di vino sfuso. Purtroppo questo è quanto mi è successo; faccio gli acquisti in macelleria come da preassi, vada in cassa a pagare ordinando anche del vino sfuso, me lo consegnano in una brocca di vetro e mi chiedono 2€ di caparra rigorosamente in contanti; finita la cena vado a consegnare la brocca e mi fanno mille storie per la restituzione dei 2€. La discussione che segue richiama l'attenzione di una responsabile che ammette un errore di comunicazione fra lei e la collega ma ugualmente mi congeda dicendomi che non mi restituirà i due euro. Divertito dalla discussione, non certo preoccupato per i due euro, le chiedo allora di restituirmi la brocca......che ovviamente non mi viene restituita

12/12/2024: Sinceramente non capisco le recensioni negative. Probabilmente hanno atteso un po’, ma la pizza è veramente buona, preparata con ingredienti di qualità e anche molto digeribile. Abbiamo chiesto anche di portare le bevande insieme alla pizza e lo hanno fatto, dimostrandosi disponibili e gentili. Prezzo un po’ altino, ma la pizza sta diventando ovunque un bene di lusso.

24/11/2024: Siamo stati tratti in inganno da un signore che era fermo poco prima della porta del locale che ci ha convinti a pranzare lì... Mi meraviglio che in un posto così bello ci siano locali così scadenti e veramente arretrati.

17/11/2024: We went to the cathedral of San Michele, we walked around the historic center looking for a restaurant to have lunch in, we were attracted by the friendliness of an elderly man who with the usual excuse "if you don't eat well you don't pay" let us into his restaurant. As soon as we entered we found the two menus, one for €18 and the other for €20, not being very hungry we preferred to order à la carte, ordering the mixed meat grill, which contained mostly lamb and sausage (including a spoiled piece In the meantime the room filled with smoke (many started coughing) coming from the kitchen. The payment was made in the kitchen (the cash register was positioned near the slicer) prices too exaggerated for the poor services they provide. Terrible experience

24/09/2024: Después de varias visitas a Italia tendría que decir que esta fue la peor comida de la historia! Pedimos rosado, nos dijeron que no tenían ninguno así que pidieron 2 vasos de blanco. Llegaron dos vasos de tinto, a lo que nos negamos y dijimos que nos quedaríamos con agua - ¡luego llegaron 2 vasos de rosado! Pedimos un plato de pescado a la parrilla, rigatoni con mozzarella y melanzane y una ensalada verde mixta - escrito correctamente por nuestro camarero mayor. Rigatoni con mejillones y almejas llegaron - la mayoría de las almejas y mejillones estaban vacíos. El pan llegó - rancio. La parrilla de pescado mixto tenía un buen pescado entero a la parrilla, pulpo seco y duro y calamares, atún rancio y un langostino rancio mullido. La ensalada verde mixta resultó ser solo lechuga iceberg. El servicio era renuente y lleno de total desprecio por el hecho de que la cocina obviamente había estropeado el pedido de pasta.

31/12/2024: Comfortable rooms with a beautiful view in a quiet area, the only flaw is that I don't like the bathroom with a fixed shower on the wall which is not compatible with modern and compliant bathrooms. I have often been on the trip and nothing has changed after so many years.....Dates The shine to this hotel is a real shame....

17/02/2025: Assolutamente da evitare se non volete rimanere a digiuno! Siamo entrati alle 13:30 e solo alle 15:30 abbiamo deciso di alzarci e andare via, nel frattempo nessuno ci ha dato spiegazioni anzi abbiamo notato a non essere gli unici. Manca di serietà e professionalità.

15/02/2025: Avevamo prenotato il pomeriggio di San Valentino intorno alle 13.30 e il signore che ha risposto al telefono mi ha detto che c’era posto solo alle 19 oppure alle 22… noi abbiamo deciso di prenotare alle 19… intorno alle 18: 00 il signore ci chiama per dirci che non ci poteva ospitare più perché non aveva posto… credo che non sia una cosa molto educata… perché alla fine siamo rimasti sotto la pioggia e senza mangiare… penso che manca molta serietà …. Se poi eravamo noi a non presentarci voglio proprio vedere cosa ne pensava lui!!!

04/10/2024: We stopped here at the end of September. Unfortunately the rest area seems 'forgotten'... the bathrooms were closed because they had not been cleaned and they made the bathroom of a bungalow available to us to take a shower I give 3 stars because the location is very nice. It has a lot of potential but it needs to be exploited.

14/09/2024: Scelto questo locale per non andare in un ristorante formale. Abbiamo preso 4 primi e una frittura. I primi sono molto normali nulla di che, il condimento abbastanza slegato dalla pasta che quindi non aveva molto sapore e gusto. Insomma mi aspetto da un cuoco un miglior risultato. Per la frittura abbiamo dovuto aspettare 1 ora. Per due volte hanno perso la comanda facendo passare prima gli altri. Alla fine mi aspettavo un miglior trattamento, certo non dovuto ma l'errore e il mio nervosismo era evidente. Pagato per 4 primi e 2 fritture condivise 96 euro. Personalmente non lo consiglio e non ci tornerei. Poca attenzione per il cliente.

05/09/2024: Siamo andati convinti che il menù fosse quello esposto online, ma non è cosi. La frittura abbastanza immangiabile, il pesce sembrava congelato ed era pieno di pastella. Le orecchiette piene di olio non sapevamo di molte. Le polpette di pane buone, accompagnate dal pane. Coperto 2€, il fritto 15€ e le orecchiette 12€ per la qualità prezzo troppo caro. Non ci tornerei.

16/08/2024: There were supposed to be two rooms with house and raggeton with DJ Antoine. He's never been, there was only one room with terrible music from Spotify, which restarted at least three times when the playlist ended. Drinks €10 undrinkable. Non-existent taxis, there are only 3 chauffeurs who arrive whenever they like... if they arrive

15/08/2024: I went here for the disco evening for the Mistral Club. The location is beautiful, very suggestive and summery, it feels like being immersed in a cave. Nice music, catchy even if at some point quite repetitive. Terrible drinks, and above all you can't choose anything because you have to pay the difference for the "premium" ones (I asked for a very simple Sex on the beach). Lots of kids on one side and older people on the other. I wasn't too happy although I don't feel like recommending it to spend a different evening. It's definitely not one of my favorite places.

09/09/2024: Unfortunately the experience was not positive. We booked with The fork and when we arrived on site we said it immediately, after they made us sit down and order the pizzas at the exit they told us that they cannot use the application (we would have paid with Yums as scheduled) but they tell us that they have problems... Following this inconvenience they guarantee us that they would have given us a 30% discount without the app. Total bill for two pizzas and two beers (average quality) €50 which honestly seems a bit high for us who travel very often…. And in the end they tell us that they only apply the 30% discount for pizzas (two beers €10) It didn't seem very clear to us from the beginning, but we believe that as tourists they even take advantage of it a bit... it's a shame to lose customers like this

25/08/2024: One of its distinctive strengths in Lucera was the cuoppo now completely removed from the menu, in winter, and rarely offered off the menu. The service was long and with some misunderstandings. Finally the pizza "pisses" as it should, the dough is very digestible. I still believe in this place and hope that something changes.
