01/12/2024: Nice and welcoming place with a modern atmosphere. While eating fish we uncorked an excellent 2022 white Pecorino recommended by the house. Polite and helpful staff. Traditional cuisine dishes with modern fusions: -The handmade orecchiette with turnip tops and calamari recommended by the house is a hymn to taste with excellent flavour. - Abundant and dry frying with the ideal crunch. Price appropriate to the dishes and quality.

19/02/2025: This hotel is a gem. Basically with an accomodation like this your destination is of secondary importance and you just lean back and enjoy your stay. It's family run, your wishes are fulfilled before you know you have them, the room is spotlessly clean and breakfast has a great selection of Italian pastries. The hospitality is first class!

11/03/2025: Il menu proposto è sempre ricercato, sfizioso e delicato. I sapori di ogni piatto sono il risultato di un'attenta ricerca degli ingredienti con la sapiente cura dello chef Matteo. In sala, ad accogliere i clienti, Matteo cura ogni dettaglio e richieste particolari. Approvato a pieni voti!

08/03/2025: Attualmente offre la miglior cucina in zona. Menù curato nei particolari con una eccellente attenzione alla qualità della materia prima. Cucina a vista così da poter osservare i vari processi della lavorazione di ogni singolo piatto. La cortesia in sala è ad ottimi livelli e non manca mai un buon consiglio sulla giusta scelta da fare. Da provare.

30/12/2024: Ho cenato in questo ristorante nella periferia di Orta Nova in dolce compagnia e la serata ci ha lasciato un buon ricordo, serviti da uno staff attento e cortese. Ci hanno saputo ben consigliare ed il servizio è stato abbastanza celere. Il menù spazia tra antipasti, primi e secondi sia di mare che di terra a cui aggiungere una buona offerta di panini e pizze. Tentati dagli antipasti abbiamo provato la loro degustazione di terra, di cui ci hanno colpito il cacio in tempura e la parmigiana di melanzane, per poi concederci un filetto di maialino in crosta di patate con jus di vitello e della porchetta. I loro piatti sono semplici ma gustosi e forse dovrebbero porre più attenzione alla cottura. I prezzi sono onesti ma la carta dei vini andrebbe migliorata. Tirando le somme immagino ci torneremo per provare le loro pizze poiché credo siano sulla strada giusta, hanno solo bisogno di tempo per perfezionarsi e migliorare …come del buon vino in un Decanter dopo tutto.

Personale disponibile e sorridente sempre!!! Cucina a vista, insieme alla brace ed il forno per le pizze... attenti anche alle molteplici allergie di mia moglie...prezzi onesti. 09/03/2025: Pizza discreta. Servizio a dir poco SQUALLIDO! Siamo arrivati alle 21 e la pizza è arrivata alle 23 dopo una stremante attesa e senza avvisarci di nulla. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni allo staff e ci hanno pure risposto male. !!! Non venivo da anni in questo posto e non ritornerò per i prossimi 20 anni!

12/01/2025: Excellent pizza, with many delicious flavours, friendly and smiling staff. Reasonable prices and lots of courtesy. The internal room is beautiful and the tables outside are comfortable. Here the pizza by the slice, you can enjoy it like a plated pizza! Will be back soon!

28/03/2025: Delicious, spectacular pizza, among the best I've ever eaten. Unfortunately the place is small, we were sitting next to each other. The worst flaw is the management of everything due to the excessive amount of customers for the place, they lost our order by being stuck at the table for 2 hours. It's unfortunate because the pizza is very good but management needs to be reorganized to optimize the service. *Update 2 months later: I came on a Friday and they were super fast, everything super good! The best pizza I have ever eaten very satisfied! Up to 5 stars!

09/03/2025: Esperienza pessima, assolutamente da evitare Sono stato in questo ristorante diverse volte, ma questa sarà sicuramente l’ultima. Ho ordinato due primi di risotto, due antipasti e un secondo. Il risotto, che in passato mi veniva servito in un unico vassoio per due, questa volta è arrivato in una sola porzione. Inoltre, era scarso di pesce e privo di vongole, cozze o gamberi; conteneva solo un tipo di pesce, cucinato male e in quantità minima. Per il secondo, ho chiesto il menù, ma mi è stato detto di ordinarlo a voce. Ho scelto due scampi e un po’ di frittura, ma mi sono stati serviti appena due scampi e quattro anelli di frittura, per i quali mi è stato chiesto un prezzo spropositato di 20 euro. Alla richiesta dello scontrino, inizialmente mi è stato consegnato un biglietto sporco di cibo con il totale scritto sopra. Solo dopo aver insistito, e temendo controlli, mi è stato finalmente fornito lo scontrino fiscale. Oltre a tutto questo, mi è stato addebitato il coperto per un bambino di quattro anni che non si è mai seduto a tavola, e il totale del conto risultava circa 30 euro più alto rispetto a quanto indicato nel menù. Lamentandomi con il cameriere, mi è stato detto di parlare con il proprietario, il quale, invece di scusarsi, si è limitato a dirmi di pagare 10 euro in meno e di non tornare mai più. Un comportamento inaccettabile, sia per la qualità del cibo che per la gestione dei clienti. Alla fine, ho deciso di segnalare l’accaduto alle autorità competenti.

09/03/2025: Terrible experience, absolutely to be avoided I have been to this restaurant several times, but this will definitely be the last. I ordered two first courses of risotto, two appetizers and a second course. The risotto, which in the past was served to me on a single tray for two, this time arrived in a single portion. Furthermore, it was low on seafood and lacking in clams, mussels or shrimp; it contained only one type of fish, poorly cooked and in minimal quantity. For the second course, I asked for the menu, but was told to order it verbally. I chose two scampi and some fried food, but I was served just two scampi and four fried rings, for which I was asked a disproportionate price of 20 euros. When I asked for the receipt, I was initially given a food-stained ticket with the total written on it. Only after insisting, and fearing checks, was I finally provided with the receipt. On top of all this, I was charged a cover charge for a four-year-old child who never sat at the table, and the total bill was about 30 euros higher than what was indicated on the menu. On complaining to the waiter, I was told to speak to the owner, who, instead of apologizing, simply told me to pay 10 euros less and never come back. Unacceptable behavior, both for the quality of the food and for the management of customers. In the end, I decided to report the incident to the competent authorities.

18/10/2024: Small family-run restaurant, just like at home. The products are of quality and cooked by Alessio with skill. Mrs. Giovanna takes care of the table service which is carried out quickly and the attention towards the customer is always at the maximum. Quiet environment, good food and low price are the reasons to try it.
