Superb pizza and a welcoming atmosphere ​We visited this place on Saturday evening and the experience was impeccable from start to finish. ​The Food ​The pizza is the real star: the dough is incredibly light, well-aired, and easy to digest, with that high, fluffy crust typical of true Neapolitan cuisine. The ingredients used for the toppings are clearly top-quality, fresh, and well-balanced. The appetizers also deserve a mention: the fried foods were hot, crispy, and not at all greasy. ​Service and Atmosphere ​Even though the place was busy, the staff greeted us with a smile and were extremely attentive and quick. The wait times were more than reasonable. The setting is refined and modern, yet with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. ​Excellent value. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommended!

27/10/2025: Ordered both last week and last night: first the meter-long pizza, delicious and cooked to perfection; then yesterday's paposce, hot and freshly baked, with the perfect toppings and top-quality ingredients. Everything was truly spectacular, highly recommended!

18/09/2025: I've been there several times. The best aperitivo in San Severo, excellent spritz, imaginative and carefully selected food for the appetizer plate. Prices are in line with most bars in the city. Service can sometimes be delayed, but the staff are very kind and helpful. As for breakfast, the croissants are excellent, and all the desserts are generally delicious. The cappuccino, espresso, espresso, and crema are all very good. They also do a great job with buffets. My friends threw me a surprise party about three years ago, with a rich and varied buffet.

Recommended for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends for important events, the quality is truly excellent.

22/01/2026: The focus on lactose-free options was excellent, but the main courses were disappointing. I visited Dispensa in Foggia, curious about this new place for me, having not lived in the city for years. The experience was a mix of positives and decidedly subdued aspects. The caramel and salted peanut cheesecake deserves a special mention: finding a lactose-free dessert this good is not a given, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The patatas bravas with peel and rosemary were also very good. The other courses, however, disappointed me: Scrocchiarella: being intolerant, I asked for the burrata to be removed and if it could be replaced with something else, but I was told there was nothing available. I felt like I'd put the person taking the order on the spot, and while it was a nice idea, without an alternative, the final taste was a bit bland. Tuna tataki: the plating is nice, but the corn-crusted breading was so overpowering that it completely covered the flavor of the tuna. A shame, because I was excited to try it. Fassona beef tartare: the sorest point. I'm used to bright red tartare; this one was dull (I've attached a photo), and the flavor was covered by the tomato crumble. I wasn't convinced by either the perceived freshness or the quality of the meat, which seemed almost camouflaged by the breading. Overall, the concept of the place is very nice, but for the price (including a €4 amaro), I expected a more refined balance of flavors and more prominent ingredients. I hope this provides useful feedback for improvement.

The food is simply perfect: authentic home cooking, full of authentic flavors. We tried several of the restaurant's specialties and were thrilled with everything. The ciceri e tria pasta, of course, is a must-try; it's truly exceptional! We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

18/05/2026: (I'm speaking exclusively about the restaurant because I only used it.) Ample parking, designed to accommodate many cars for parties and receptions. The atmosphere is quiet, warm, and welcoming. The theme of the location revolves around the last century, with countless objects dating back to every period. Excellent first courses, especially the troccoli with white ragù and wild boar. The orecchiette and turnips were good, especially the latter, very fresh, but lacked a bit of salt. The orecchiette al tegamino was a little less delicious than the other two. Each first course cost €9 per plate. The round antipasto was highly overpriced for its price: a couple of slices of prosciutto, a small knot (which on a plate was the size of a finger), three slices of salami, three olives, and three pieces of parmigiana/peppers. Good in quality and flavor, but the plate was visually empty and not worth the €15 a plate. The dish of chips with skins was disappointing; the chips were poor quality, comparable to those from the supermarket, overcooked, and tough. €8 for this. The service was very friendly and fast. All in all, it's a good restaurant for a quality, delicious first course, but the rest of the dishes are avoidable. Important note: every dish we received was chipped somewhere.

10/05/2026: A restaurant with good food, but the real reason to go is in the evening for the pizza by the meter! Extremely long pizza, light and digestible dough, and quality ingredients. The restaurant's dishes don't disappoint either, with fast service and super friendly staff.

07/10/2025: Prime location, clean sanitary facilities, good restaurant, helpful owner at reception, small shop with produce from their own garden, stunning beaches within walking distance, and a relaxed €28 per night for two people with a campervan and dog in mid-September. I felt like chaining myself to the place and didn't want to leave. The drive there was annoying; it took us over an hour for just under 30 km. But it was absolutely worth it.
