10/09/2025: My husband and I returned to Gli Archi restaurant after many years and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, with an atmosphere that fully reflects Puglian tradition. The cuisine was consistently excellent: well-prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors. The service was also impeccable, with friendly, professional, and polite staff. A restaurant that combines taste, friendliness, and local identity.

29/04/2026: We were ripped off. We passed by an ice cream shop and decided to try ice cream there. The service was friendly, the ice cream was at a regular price, but the scoops were served with a special ice cream scoop, and the scoops were very small. When we left, Italians came to pick us up, using a regular spatula, where one of their scoops was as big as three of ours. I don't recommend it.

The food tasted really good and the service was friendly and very available to order new items. Though I can understand there can be arguments or differences when working, but arguing and yelling should be kept away from customers. Other than that it was an amazing expierence.

09/02/2026: I only looked at the reviews and I have to say that the restaurant owners or employees can't handle criticism. They respond very disrespectfully to people, a line is clearly crossed. I don't know what the owners or employees are like personally, but based on Google, it seems like i don't recommend visiting the restaurant. No matter what the comment is, the responses are always aggressive or insulting.

25/04/2026: A beautiful setting with tables in the square on a beautiful, sunny day, Liberation Day. That's all there is to it, the only noteworthy thing not caused by this scandalous business. Tables, fortunately for them, are full of tourists unaware that Italian cuisine is far more than reheated, pre-cooked dishes of pan-fried dishes at prohibitive prices. Two Spritzes, a platter, and two first courses, for just €55, would have been fine if they had been sufficient. So, the mediocrity is diluted by the high demand. I strongly advise against it!

22/02/2026: Four of us had dinner last night at 8:30 PM. We liked the idea of ​​having both sushi and pizza, since two of us don't like sushi. The quality of the sushi is excellent, and the pizza isn't bad either. The SERVICE, however, is poor... extremely long waits, especially with pizzas, and for every additional order, like "Can I get another beer?", you had to ask several times before it arrived. Unfortunately, it's important to understand that on some days, perhaps an extra waiter would be helpful, and perhaps someone in the kitchen as well... Recommended for the quality of the sushi, but not for the long waits... we don't know if we'll be back...

31/05/2026: Goodbye Billy Billy ...it's difficult to have to review a place we've been referring to in summer shows for so many years. Until last year, we still felt and saw the continuity in what we'd tasted and recommended to others. This evening, after a very tiring day, we returned to relax and eat a pizza, ushering in the summer... wrong! Everything should be erased! At the Terrazza we found a new look: an open-air bar, outdoor tables with plenty of space, but very dispersive, and the restaurant where we celebrated our son's three birthdays, completely overhauled but with taste and a new opening to a menu not just for a restaurant. For two pizzas, the waiter recommended we get an appetizer to cushion the wait. WE CUSHIONED THE WAIT FOR THE PIZZAS WITH *A WAIT* FOR A PLATE OF GRATINATED MUSSELS WITH TARALLINI. The mussels arrived after 30 minutes, and no matter how many restaurants we frequent, we never sent the dish back: They weren't gratinated mussels, but a mix of oregano, thyme, and tomato with bread that killed a simple plate of mussels. We waited another hour and twenty minutes for the pizza! ...we left feeling annoyed. ps few tables occupied, resulting in an unexplained wait, and last but not least, the table of eight people next to ours also voiced their complaints about the wait, the wrong pizzas, without toppings, and thin, hard piadinas... our bill? this one was also incorrect: it included the uneaten pizzas... For clarification, here's the correct receipt: water and 5 mussels eaten between two for a total of 20 euros, with no excuses. At midnight, a frugal dinner at home.

17/08/2025: A 50-minute wait for two pizzas (which are also disgusting) is a crime, never happened in my life, not even in the most crowded restaurants in the world and the worst dives. As if that weren't enough, I went back to add three bottles of water and a cola and I also had to wait for the soda that wasn't in the fridge. Furthermore, they also charge you a cover charge for a paper placemat and two plastic cutlery (which they say are banned nowadays) that you have to set and clear away yourself. Forget it, I strongly advise against it.

The photos speak for themselves; I don't know how they can sell two pizzas made like this for €14 (the owner calculated the price). Terrible value for money. While it's true that pizza type and flavor are subjective, it's definitely not among the best pizzerias in Mesagne. Completely out of line, I couldn't find the menu online, so I suspect the price was "created" on the spot. The word that best describes the evening's experience is dishonest.
