02/11/2025: The other night I placed an order through the McDonald's Drive-Thru counter. I specified that the raw onion should be removed from my sandwich (the new Big Arch), but when I communicated this to the employee Francesca, there was a misunderstanding, and the sandwich was delivered with the onion. Immediately after delivery, I reported this misunderstanding, and the employee Francesca rushed over to me, very arrogantly, saying I hadn't communicated anything. That said, my sandwich was changed anyway. Try to be more polite. To err is human!

03/11/2025: I came to eat at this restaurant with my parents in July on my 30th birthday. We had a great meal, the pizza was very good, the only flaw was that my dad found a mint leaf instead of basil on his pizza. After paying, he went to the pizza chef and jokingly told him to be careful, because he had the wrong plant. I was in the bathroom at the time. When I came out of the bathroom and passed the pizza chef, I heard him say some nasty things about my dad, who had by then left and was waiting for me outside. It was supposed to be a joyful evening, a celebration and a vacation, but instead it ended this way. Once I got back to the hotel, I called the restaurant again and explained the matter to the head waiter (or someone similar), who apologized and was kind. We appreciate the apology, but celebrating my 30th birthday in Puglia with my parents is only a one-time experience.

02/11/2025: We've never eaten so badly in a restaurant. EVER. The place was very dirty. The first course arrived with super small sea urchins. They were local sea urchins (which are banned here in Puglia, by the way), but at all the other tables they were Greek sea urchins. No one in the kitchen was wearing a cap, and the floor wasn't dirty, more than dirty. The first courses were inedible. The pasta with sea urchins was full of bones and so bitter it was inedible. The pasta with mussels was disgusting. The pasta was very little, and the mussels were rotten; many were actually black on the inside. The fried fish was absolutely frozen and you could smell it from a mile away. The icing on the cake??? There was MOLD in the bottle of water at the bottom. Maybe the NAS should take a walk around this place and check a few things, especially the CLEANLINESS. Which I don't think you even know what that means. We paid €120, but it's not even worth 0.50 cents. We won't even pass by this place again, if it can be called that.

12/08/2025: Sorry, but what a disappointment... (perhaps just a bad night) The other night we booked for 8:30 PM Unfortunately, they didn't serve us until half an hour later: at around 9:00 PM, with lukewarm/cold panzerotti (which had been ready since before 8:30 PM) and pizza that tasted like it was made with piadina dough. Sorry, but it's a real disappointment.

15/09/2025: When you walk in, you're not sure if you're in a pizzeria or a junk shop. It's full of random junk and antiques (even a sewing stain... who knows). The walls are filled with cooking odors (which suggest a malfunctioning exhaust fan), and the bathroom lights go on and off without any logic... The place definitely needs updating. The pizza is so thin it's like a piadina. The owner at the cash register is like, "I'm sorry, take me away!"... never again.
