My husband and I returned to Gli Archi restaurant after many years and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, with an atmosphere that fully reflects Puglian tradition. 06/02/2026: I went there this evening for my girlfriend's birthday. The place is very quiet and the staff is good and very helpful. The mixed fried food was plentiful and the pizzas were delicious. The owner was really kind and welcoming. I had a great time, the prices were fair.

02/03/2026: The pizza is really good, and the menu offers a wide selection. There are a few issues with the wait, which can be a bit long. But if you're not in a hurry, the pleasure of enjoying a good pizza is worth the wait.
22/02/2026: There aren't any better pizzas than this in Ostuni. The red prawns are well worth it! Only flaw: Some of the paper menus are a bit worn, or the sheets are peeling off in the center.
