My husband and I returned to Gli Archi restaurant after many years and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, with an atmosphere that fully reflects Puglian tradition. The appetizers are plentiful and varied, and the first course I tried (spaghettoni) was good, although the almond flavor deserved more prominence. As for the main courses, depending on personal preference, the meat was a bit overcooked, and the fried fish was plentiful, but the breading didn't always have the necessary crispiness. The staff was friendly and helpful.
