05/02/2026: I visited this restaurant for work, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. The food was truly divine.
A special mention goes to the octopus in a pignata: simply exceptional. Tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked: one of those dishes that alone is worth the visit.
The seafood risotto was also spectacular, rich and beautifully balanced in flavor, without overpowering the freshness of the fish.
As a lover of Mediterranean cuisine and seafood, I left this restaurant completely satisfied. You can sense the quality of the ingredients, the care taken in preparation, and the respect for local tradition. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it.

03/07/2026: We are Puglia, culinary tradition and food culture. We grow the finest citrus fruits, the finest extra virgin olive oil, some of the world-renowned baked goods, extraordinary dairy products, and a small slice of meat raised as if it were a local. We have our own pizza-making passion, and we produce excellent wines. Pastry is a field in itself. I've certainly forgotten many other products. I still don't understand how Italians go to McDonald's. It's not food, it's junk.

Disorganization and biblical wait times for cold food.
Probably insufficient and/or inadequate staffing to handle a significant influx of people in this highly touristy area.

The chicken with pineapple was also completely flavorless.
The rice with vegetables was edible.
The portions were small.
We don't recommend it.

17/05/2026: A rustic restaurant set in an old trullo and lamia farmhouse, very beautiful and spacious.
Traditional Apulian food of average quality.
We had an appetizer and pizza tortillas (since we were a large table, we couldn't have chosen otherwise). The dishes weren't particularly rich and at times a bit bland.
It's true that I saw other dishes coming out for other tables, although the menu was extensive; but as for the dinner show, it was all a bit disappointing.
26/04/2026: We dined at this restaurant in the beautiful Selva di Fasano and were truly delighted! The restaurant is large, well-organized, and spacious, perfect even when it's crowded.
The staff was impeccable: friendly, helpful, and always attentive to the guests' needs, which really makes the difference.
The pizza was truly delicious, well-cooked and tasty, made with quality ingredients. A pleasant experience in every way.
Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!
