24/09/2024: I tried the restaurant service of this beach establishment in Lido delle Nazioni for the first time. The place is really beautiful, well-kept and impressive. The cleanliness of the location stands out and deserves a note of merit. We had dinner on the beach. The cuisine is good. The portions are right and the value for money is really excellent. The menu offers a fish menu which is well executed. The wine list is well structured. What didn't work? The service. It took us more than two hours to eat an entree, a first course and a second course. Too slow. The output of the plates occurs asynchronously. There were 4 of us and we ordered pairs of dishes, so we didn't have a ticket-style order. Two of us ate the first 10 minutes before the plates arrived to complete the table. The same thing happened with the second courses too. We were not apologized for or given a gesture of attention. An evening where something doesn't work happens to everyone, but it's really a shame because the food is good and the location truly beautiful.

10/01/2025: I was on holiday in Sant'Isidoro and found myself eating in this beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea, it was a nice dinner. Not a chaotic place, fresh fish dishes at an adequate price.

16/10/2024: Siento ser el raro aquí pero no me gustó este helado. La sacamos en una tarde calurosa porque haré cualquier cosa por un buen helado, pero no fue así. Es muy cremoso y espeso, más parecido al queso crema, y el sabor sufrido. Hemos tenido un helado maravilloso en Monopoli y Lecce, pero esto no estuvo a la altura en absoluto.

29/10/2024: Eindelijk aan tafel…na meerdere keren voor de deur te hebben gestaan! Gereserveerd voor een heerlijke lunch. Samen met vrienden genoten van de gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid. Fijne smaaksensatie! De lokale capocollo gegeten…

13/10/2024: Accueil moyen plus agréable en fin de repas Michelin à l entrée mais on est loin de nos Michelins de Bourgogne Belle présentation des assiettes mais dégustation insipide petites portions comme un gastro mais sans les amuses bouche entre les plats !!! ( pour le rapport qualité prix)

18/04/2025: Siamo tornati al Saloon di cui siamo clienti abbastanza abituali, dopo lo spostamento nella nuova location, più piccola rispetto alla precedente. Tuttavia, se precedentemente la qualità del food compensava le lunghe attese, ora il livello è drasticamente precipitato. Ordinando intorno alle 21.30 ci viene detto che "le alette di pollo sono finite" (In un locale dove la carne è la padrona??). Il vino scelto da un'amica non è risultato disponibile. Alla richiesta di avere un litro di birra da dividere in due ci è stato, sgarbatamente, risposto, che il travaso avrebbe sporcato tutto il tavolo; sfortunatamente in questo locale o ordini un litro oppure 2,5 lt, nn vi sono mezze misure. Infine, se chiedo un panino senza maionese è perchè lo desidero senza maionese, fortunatamente la scelta era dettata da un mero gusto personale e non derivante da allergie, altrimenti.... Unica nota positiva il conto, ben commisurato alle ordinazioni.

11/02/2025: I've always gotten the puccia from this pizzeria, I'm very disappointed as they got the puccia wrong twice. I waited more than half an hour before the expected delivery and I didn't eat the puccia as it contained unsolicited ingredients. Very bad experience.

21/02/2025: We bought the fish and sea urchin pulp from Nautilus, well known in Ostuni for its quality and knowing that there was the possibility of cooking it. Then they took us to a place next door which appears to have been a pizza restaurant before. €20 for cooking!!! 😮 €16 for cooking pasta (2 ounces)!!! 😮😮€3 each for the service (Paper placemat, chipped plate - non-existent fish cutlery) You clean the fish yourself!!!. 1/2 bottle of wine and water. Total €57😩 to add to the fish €64 = €122!!! 😰 (For 2) 🙃obviously without side dish or dessert or coffee!!! Dear gentlemen of Nautilus, if you want to lose customers, you are on the right track!

12/02/2025: Consumata semplice colazione... Pasticceria molto ordinaria e cappuccino latitante... Semplice acqua macchiata di bianco!!!!! Esperienza da non ripetere... Per il resto, servizio veloce e posto esteticamente discreto.
