took a lot to deliver the food. very expensive. 35 eur for 2 persons.

A uniquely negative experience. Disorganization and biblical wait times for cold food. Probably insufficient and/or inadequate staffing to handle a significant influx of people in this highly touristy area.

A truly perfect experience! The place is clean, the food is excellent, and the service is impeccable. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. Special thanks go to Lidia, a truly exceptional woman: kind, sociable, and full of joy. She welcomed me with great warmth and made my experience even more enjoyable with her professionalism and positive energy. It's rare to meet people so passionate about their work! What can I say about this McDonald's, SLOW service with only a few people in the dining room, I don't want to imagine when it's full.

The guys are super fast and super helpful, really excellent service from the staff especially from this guy who usually works at the mc drive called Roberto who was very kind and super helpful despite some technical problems

It's not like McDonalds needs any praise... Clean and bright environment, excellent food, full parking spaces, better to come on foot for now😁

Like all McDonald's, it's a good option if you want something other than pasta after spending time in Italy. Very busy.

Roberto, who delivers the sandwiches, is an exceptional gentleman. Super helpful and super friendly. A guy who deserves it. Thank you so much and thanks to Roberto, you will definitely see us again. We just bought from MC and everything is delicious.

I give a 4 star rating only for Livia who served us with kindness and courtesy and despite the mistakes in the kitchen she managed to resolve everything if I could give 5 stars to her personally I would have done so
