05/06/2025: The place is nice from an aesthetic point of view, but unfortunately the overall experience was not satisfactory. The dishes were rather poor compared to the price, leaving the feeling of an unjustified bill. The service was very disappointing: slow and almost non-existent. To get a simple bottle of water we had to go directly to the pizza chef, since the waiter was sitting at a table chatting, completely uninterested in the customers. The quality of the food was average, nothing that stands out or makes you want to come back. Too bad, because the potential is there.

31/05/2025: Nice restaurant, it would be worth trying in the summer too, being able to eat by the pool. Tried both for a fish dinner and for a pizza. Recommended

24/01/2025: Great welcome and great food. We had meatballs with sauce, parmigiana, pizza, mixed roast and baked potatoes. All very good! The guys in the room were very polite and kind. Minimum waiting times even though it was full and packed and there were also pizzas to take away

Ho preso un panino, buonissimo e preparato con ingredienti freschi, e con gli amici abbiamo condiviso una fiorentina spettacolare: carne tenera, saporita e cotta alla perfezione. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, puntuale e attento, e lo staff si è dimostrato simpaticissimo e accogliente, creando un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassata. Una bellissima esperienza, sia per la qualità del cibo che per l’ospitalità. Torneremo sicuramente, magari per provare anche il resto del menu!

29/10/2024: Un’esperienza indimenticabile! Il proprietario ci ha accolti con una calda ospitalità e un’atmosfera magica, sospesi tra il mare cristallino e la natura quasi incontaminata di Torre Pali. La paella, deliziosa e ricca di sapori autentici, è stata il cuore di una cena che ha conquistato tutti. Ogni dettaglio, dall’accoglienza alla qualità del cibo, ha reso questa serata speciale e unica. Grazie di cuore per averci fatto vivere un momento così magico, sicuramente torneremo!

13/10/2024: Unique place... the owners convey serenity... during the day you can enjoy good author music from the beach, then coffee or sorbet with the real almond created by Salvatore... priceless! Seriousness, reliability of those who convey the passion for what they do... even in the evening special atmosphere, excellent paella and wines. Recommended.

16/02/2025: We had a fantastic meal here. Gamberoni starter and then a seafood risotto. Then a semifreddo that was also delicious. Absolutely recommended for anyone who loves good food: if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely eat here again.

03/06/2025: non sono del posto locale molto carino,di gusto ,pulito e lucente,personale gentilissimo e cortese e cibo di ottima qualita' con cottura dei primi secondo me ideale ne al dente ne scotto,piccolissimo neo ma forse ho lo stomaco molto largo,i piatti ben presentati ma potrebbero essere un pizzico piu abbondanti (pero' se si deve perdere in bonta' meglio cosi').Dunque bravissimi ci ritornerei se mi capitasse e lo consiglierei

02/06/2025: We had a dinner at this restaurant and accident happened - I got my tooth chipped because of small piece of mussels shell was in my pasta dish, which not supposed to be there. When we complained about that accident to our waitress she not even listened. Looks like nobody care at this place what can happen with their customers because of chefs mistakes. This is up to you to decide to go to this place or not ☹️

04/02/2025: Welcoming, kind and polite staff. Excellent quality of products, well packaged and wide selection and availability of choice. Clean and tidy environments. Prices consistent with the quality, indeed in some ways even cheap and convenient.

09/05/2025: Guys, don't miss it, Ugo, Andrea and Mrs. Maria cook and serve in a loving way, you eat very well and it's like feeling at home, don't forget to take the puccia salentina with pieces of horse meat made on the spot!

01/04/2025: The most amazing local street food around. Rolls made from homemade dough, filled with cheese, prosciutto, salad, veggies and so on... Local recipes are served by portion, like pitta, focaccia pugliese, vegetable filled pastry and many other things you'll be delighted to try. I've had beer, but I saw very nice local wines (by the bottle) in their stock. As it is a pedestrian zone, I personally enjoyed the quietness, even if it's few meters away from the traffic. The prices... Find out yourself. Very nice people. Highly recommended.

11/06/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Okay, but there was a noticeable lack of hospitality. We visited Malidea because of the many positive reviews – which made it all the more disappointing that our impression was considerably more sober. The Aperol Spritz was good and served in a large gin highball glass – we actually found that positive and something different. What left a lot to be desired, however, was the atmosphere: It clearly lacked hospitality. The service seemed aloof and unfriendly. You felt more like a nuisance than a welcome guest – a feeling that unfortunately persisted throughout your entire stay. The outdoor area was unkempt: There were wooden stirrers from previous guests on the floor, the ashtrays weren't clean, and the table was only wiped after asking twice. Even small but typical details were missing: No snacks were served with the drink – which in Italy is actually part of the aperitivo. Little things like this create a sense of ambiance and encourage you to stay longer or order another drink. We would have loved to, but ultimately decided against it and moved on – which is a shame and shouldn't really be the spirit of the restaurant industry. Perhaps it was just a snapshot. Still, at a restaurant with so many positive reviews, you expect more attention – to the guests, the service, and the overall experience.
