01/08/2025: Disgraceful service. An hour and a half wait for food, incorrect orders, and the bill shows extra items we didn't order. Let's be clear: it's a nice place with nice people and good events, which is why I'm not giving it a star, but it's terribly managed and the service is truly, truly pitiful.

01/08/2025: Yesterday I booked a table at 8:30 PM to see Fast Animals And Slow Kids. My friend and I were among the first to sit at the outdoor table, and less than ten minutes later we ordered two bottles of water, a pork burrito, and a side of fries. The bottles of water were brought right away, then I waited forty minutes for the burrito and an hour and forty-five minutes for the fries. The burrito tasted like nothing, all I could taste was the mayonnaise. The other problem arose when the concert started: even though we had a reservation, because we mistakenly thought we had a guaranteed spot to see the concert, we had to get up because people who hadn't reserved tables were blocking our view. With the blessing of the venue's management, who did nothing to resolve the situation, it made no sense to spend almost five euros for a cover charge for such terrible service. It's a shame, because the place is very beautiful, but I was very disappointed.

20/07/2025: Non avvicinatevi assolutamente in questo pseudo locale. Organizzazione pessima, dopo aver prenotato e giunti prima dell’orario prestabilito, attendiamo la nostra semplicissima paposcia per un ora circa. Dopo una sacrosanta sollecitazione ci viene detto, senza alcuna scusa, che probabilmente avremmo dovuto aspettare almeno un altra ora. Morale della favola: “lasciate ogni speranza o voi che entrate”.

16/07/2025: Locale per chi vuole risparmiare qualche euro e mangiare questo panino caratteristico vario condimento. Ma molta confusione tavoli troppo vicini e malamente distribuiti.

26/08/2025: The pizza variant called "pinsa" is good, with a different shape than usual, the use of rice flour, and other details that differentiate the product from the classic dough. The staff is friendly, although there's room for improvement. The prices are a bit high, but they're more or less in line with competitors. The place is clean and tidy. I recommend this place if you're looking for something a little less subdued.

07/06/2025: I was there on a Sunday evening. The place is nice, large. They favor outside orders, neglecting a bit the customers in the room. The pinsa is very good and crunchy, for the rest there is little choice, perhaps because it was Sunday and many dishes were no longer available. FOR THE PINSA you can return.

18/08/2025: The place you wouldn't expect!!! The photo preview on the web accurately reflects the location's elegance and sophistication. The gracious welcome from the "Vigna Caracciolo" staff is an excellent calling card for those who want to spend several days at the property. Furthermore, the attention to guests' needs is an added value that makes for a relaxing stay. The possibility of accessing the private, free beach is convenient and suitable for those who prefer a quiet stay. We highly recommend it!!!

14/07/2025: Honestly, I don't know who wrote all these positive reviews. I have nothing to say about the staff, who are incredibly kind and helpful, always friendly and smiling, but the entire facility leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are VERY TINY and dated, the locks don't always work, the sink is in the room outside the bathroom, and there's NO bidet—it's like we were in France! The structure is all plasterboard, and there are ants in the room, the bathroom, and the bed, as well as spiders. Let's talk about breakfast—you have no choice! They bring you what they say (they only let you choose the drinks), for example, waffles already with Nutella spread on them, with no option to choose between spreads and jams. By law, jams must be brought separately in the designated closed containers! But if I want a croissant without it, am I obligated to eat it with the jam they say? I'm allergic to Nutella, and since breakfast SHOULD be a personal choice, I didn't mention my allergy to hazelnuts and almonds, but if they brought their own sweets, I had no choice. The room is super small, made of plasterboard. The bed is NOT a KING size, but a queen size. Towels are not changed. THERE IS NO WINDOW IN THE ROOM OR ANY BALCONY. A fat person won't fit through the door. The photos on the website are strategically placed. Waste of money!!!!

01/04/2025: A very nice place, run by Mrs. Gianna, where they serve breakfasts with delicious, freshly baked pastries. Not to mention the excellent coffee and the countless selections of soft drinks, liqueurs, and cocktails. Excellent.

16/08/2025: Good evening everyone. I've been to this wonderful bar, or so my friends told me. Unfortunately, as soon as we sat down, we didn't find any staff ready to serve us, resulting in an hour-long wait for a simple coffee. During the wait, amidst the shouting of the rude clientele that this bar prides itself on, we received a shard of glass broken by some rude teenagers. After almost an hour of waiting, the waitress, who we thought was underage, came over and rudely served us our coffee, forgetting to bring us sugar. Finally, after serving us, she proceeded to clear the table next to us, yelling and complaining about what the next kids had left. We were very disappointed with this bar because we've come to the conclusion that the rumors we've heard are false. Despite this, we later ordered a trio of drinks and an aperitif, and we're still waiting, a good three days after we ordered. Although we are not culinary experts, I must say that there have been occasions when we have been truly welcomed excellently, the service was impeccable and so was the order, so I love them.

11/04/2025: Ottimo ristorante ayce di Brindisi,forse il migliore qualità prezzo, ci vado spesso con famiglia e amici, conosciuto principalmente dai locals, unico punto a sfavore è l’assenza di parcheggio e la difficoltà nel trovarlo

04/05/2025: Menù incompleto, poche informazioni sugli ingredienti e nessuna sul congelato, quindi ordiniamo e incrociamo le dita... mangiabile ma niente da ricordare. Anche il sevizio da migliorare, poco professionali, arrivano i primi ma manca ancora il vino, e non solo a noi anche al tavolo accanto (a loro anche i piatti sbagliati, poverini). Insomma il posto ha una posizione ottima, si mangia ma si potrebbe migliorare un pò.

30/08/2025: Having spoken to the owner in the morning, I think she assured me that I would find a place because they worked until late.... I showed up with 4 people and she said, "Did you book?" Luckily I had a house nearby and I solved the problem with 2 spaghetti... but you don't behave like that: unwelcoming and rude... never again.

03/08/2025: Love this local bar/caffe - wonderful genuine atmosphere, excellent coffee, pastries and gelati. Also very good cocktails! 🍹 Our go to when in Maglie.

01/08/2025: Ogni tanto mi capita di venire in questo bar. Il locale è molto bello e accogliente, ma il vero punto di forza è la qualità del servizio offerto. Qui infatti si possono notare standard qualitativi sopra la media già bevendo un caffè, uno dei migliori che si possono trovare. Lo stesso vale anche per tutti gli altri prodotti offerti(pasticciotti, cornetti ecc...). Ottimo anche il personale, simpatico e professionale allo stesso tempo. Consiglio assolutamente.

26/04/2025: The place could be used differently, creating an exclusive environment because the small outdoor area would allow it. Instead it is full of teenagers, many, probably, not even of age. All squashed together like canned sardines. They make music but no one dances. The closed part is a corridor along which the well-equipped bar counter extends. However, the quality of the cocktails is not high. The place really has potential but probably being in a provincial town it is satisfied with what it has. The staff is friendly, including the bouncers, the barmaid who served me a drink was prepared, a real acrobatic bartender, perhaps wasted on the environment. I didn't like it much because I'm off target but overall it's not bad.

So many beautiful and packed places on a Tuesday in early September, we opted for this restaurant a bit out of necessity... and instead, everything was delicious at a fair price! Just one piece of advice: order the mixed appetizers and then decide for yourself, because they are plentiful and delicious!

29/03/2025: Siamo tornati in questo ristorante dopo un po’ di tempo. La qualità è nella media sebbene i prezzi siano medio alti e la buona presentazione crei aspettative non sempre rispettate dalla qualità degli ingredienti. Nelle occasioni precedenti di certo non ci è rimasta impressa la simpatia del servizio, ma quando c’è qualità e prodotto questo passa davvero in secondo piano. Una delle prime voci del menù precisa “non si fanno conti separati”. Patti chiari, siamo stati avvisati prima di ordinare. Certo se lo avessimo saputo prima non avremmo nemmeno prenotato, così alla fine abbiamo deciso di ordinare pensando fosse un avviso per le grandi tavolate. Alla cassa, inflessibile, “una sola transazione”! È la prima volta che ci capita, sicuramente l’ultima. E non è vero, non sempre gli antipatici sono i più bravi!

15/02/2025: Che dire quando si sceglie Devo non si sbaglia Locale dall’atmosfera elegante E cibo ben studiato e presentato Antipasti ottimi sia di terra che di mare La guancia di manzo tenerissima con una maionese di nocciole sublime. A chiudere una sfera di cioccolato…la sto ancora sognando!!!
