30/08/2025: Normal food, nothing delicious or tasty to use a more precise term, and not fair in terms of quality/price ratio, flash service, they would take your plate away as soon as you took the last bite, but the cockroach that pops out from under the furniture!!!!!!! Never again

15/09/2025: Informal bar, offering various vegan solutions Excellent ginseng and coffee. External seats on the veranda. Easy parking. Lately it has undergone a restyling which has made it even more welcoming. Friendly and pleasant staff.

29/08/2025: Takeout pizzeria. The pizzas are generally good. We ordered them a couple of nights because we were nearby. The crust is thin and crispy (I prefer them softer), the ingredients are decent and generously portioned. Prices are good. The atmosphere doesn't convey a great sense of cleanliness (they may be spotless, but that's just how it looks). Some pizzas were overcooked, with burnt edges and bases.

18/08/2025: I purchased this cake thinking it was a strawberry yogurt parfait/mousse, as described, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I specifically asked if they offered ice cream cakes and was told no. Instead, the cake turned out to be almost entirely ice cream, which I don't like and hadn't asked for. The base was a thin layer of sponge cake, while the entire top was made of frozen yogurt with a very light layer of strawberry gelatin and a hint of strawberry topping. Overall, the cake was very tasteless, poorly balanced, and definitely not what I expected. The lack of clarity in the product description and the final result made it an unsatisfactory purchase. I definitely won't be buying it again.

14/08/2025: Facula is undoubtedly a landmark in Gallipoli for dining in general. It's a bar, a pastry shop, a bakery serving baked goods, and a fast food restaurant. In other words, it's a bit of everything. This makes the place always very crowded and crowded, as it offers everything you could want in a restaurant. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it falls very short in terms of service and quality. You often find yourself using tables and chairs that are uncleaned, with leftovers from previous customers, and you have to call several times, or even chase after the overworked staff to have them cleaned, often in a superficial and inadequate manner. The staff is friendly but far from professional. Prices are generally higher than average.

20/08/2025: The appetizer is so rich and so good it doubles as dinner. The pizza is also very good. The hostess and her entire family are extremely friendly and welcoming. Not to be missed if you're in Crispiano.

07/08/2025: We celebrated our 50th birthday here, and it was a wonderful experience! The pizzeria welcomed us with great kindness and availability, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The pizza was simply delicious: light dough, fresh ingredients, and a wide selection for all tastes. The staff was attentive and always smiling, ready to accommodate every request. A special thank you for the attention given to the birthday boy and for helping to make the evening truly special. We will definitely be back... and we will recommend it to everyone! Friendly and attentive, the staff is expertly managed by the two owners who take care of everything. Not to be missed!

15/07/2025: The food is really good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Because we had an apartment above, we ate here several times. They are not hospitable or particularly friendly, and the service is very chaotic. The boy who constantly shuffles around in his shoes works the hardest but isn't allowed to take orders. You get forgotten, orders don't arrive, and certainly not when there are only two of you eating at the same time. Waiting an hour for food is quite normal, and we've had to wait even longer, even when it wasn't busy. If they forget an order, it takes a long time to bring it, and an apology is difficult. Yet, many Italians come here to eat, and even whole classes of children are served delicious food. They do have good food, so you accept some of that. With faster and, above all, friendlier service, this place could sell even better. The takeaway option for small dishes is a good idea; perhaps that's why the kitchen is overflowing? The menu is only in Italian, and the staff doesn't really speak any other language. Google Translate is your best friend here. Payment is at the takeout section, you'll figure that out automatically, and there too, you have to wait in line for a while with people ordering quick bites. Going to the restroom is a surprise in itself. Anyway, the food was really good.

15/08/2025: A pleasant discovery. After 8 pm, the shutters go up and the gates of paradise open. Excellent quality meat, great hospitality, and phenomenal sandwiches.

06/08/2025: We arrived at 8:40 PM and were served at 10:30 PM. Seven months pregnant, I didn't ask to go ahead of anyone, but I certainly didn't expect to see people who arrived after me sit first for no reason (we asked, and they didn't have reservations or anything; it was simply convenient given the table availability). Not a glass of water was offered during the two-hour wait, or anything... No complaints about the meat, but after a two-hour wait, it's a bit choppy. The price was excellent. If you can go after 10:30 PM, perhaps it's doable; otherwise, it's worse than Dante's Circle of Hell. The bathroom light has a motion sensor that doesn't work well and goes off after 10 seconds... My compliments for the service and customer care...

20/08/2025: Both the ice cream and coffee were very good and of excellent quality. The place is in a very central location, literally next to the city cathedral. Highly recommended.

27/07/2025: The ice cream is excellent, but the small cup with two flavors for €3.30 seems excessive. The price list says €2.80. Perhaps there was a mistake, perhaps an unreported price change, or perhaps the increase is due to the fact that I paid by card. I received a receipt for two three-flavor ice creams for €3.30, so I won't be returning.
