12/05/2025: Locale informale, pratico, un po defilato. Abbiamo cenato due volte e ci hanno servito dei salumi molto prelibati, delle scrocchiarelle buonissime, condite con prodotti di eccellenza. Frittura mista davvero buona. Si possono sorseggiare delle birre artigianali buonissime. Locale molto pulito e personale gentilissimo. Da consigliare vivamente. Prezzi più che onesti.

05/06/2025: Located in a very central point, easily reachable both by car and on foot. It is a place where you can find classic bar products (croissants, coffee, etc.) to those typical of Martina Franca pastry (such as bocconotti and ficazzelle) in addition to abundant aperitifs, juices and centrifuged drinks (to be enjoyed sitting in the room there). The quality of the food is excellent, the pastry fresh and with a good consistency. The staff is the strong point: always friendly, kind and helpful.

02/06/2025: Bar eccezionale, super consigliato. Gentilezza e cortesia, personale sempre sorridente, bocconotti sempre freschi e buonissimi. Espressino fenomenale. Bar da tornare tutti i giorni. Tutto il personale e titolare sempre gentili. Bar che ti fa sentire famiglia. Il mio voto 10.

18/07/2025: A true excellence in San Severo! My wife (who is celiac) and I went for dinner and can't say enough about every aspect of the experience. The restaurant is AIC certified, meaning it's perfectly equipped for celiacs, offering the utmost care, professionalism, and complete safety in the preparation of gluten-free dishes. But beyond that, the food was truly exceptional: authentic flavors, thoughtfully prepared dishes, generous portions, and quality ingredients. Special praise goes to the staff, who are truly kind, friendly, and courteous: they make you feel at home, always smiling and ready to offer advice. A place that combines flavor, hospitality, and attention to dietary needs. Very fair prices, a clean, new, comfortable environment, and above all, extremely easy parking. WELL DONE! WELL DONE! We'll definitely be back, and we wholeheartedly recommend it!

16/07/2025: Really lovely spot here in San Severo. Incredible menu with local favourites offered, excellent wine list. Try the breaded olives! In addition to the cotoletto pollo, verdura, chef’s choice antipasti, calamari fritti, we also had two pasta dishes - burrata, pistachio and pomodoro and the other was the rigatoni carbonara. Both excellent, though the carbonara lacked a good mixture of cheese with the egg yolk. Service was pleasant and super friendly. Plenty of parking out front too. We did not have a reservation when we arrived at 8:15pm and seating a table of 4 was no issue.

Excellent food SUPER GOOD AND GIANT SIZE Pizza. EXCELLENT PLACE TO SPEND A NICE EVENING BOTH WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

15/06/2025: I'm sorry to have to give such a low rating but I can't find any reason to give more. Ambience: Dark, very dark, very little light. Air conditioning that hit you. After 3 complaints, they finally fixed it but we had to insist. Appetizer: 7 courses. Ordered for two, but in each dish 2 pieces. So, if I order an appetizer for 1, they bring me a dish with 1 shrimp, a piece of salmon the size of a postage stamp etc. This doesn't seem honest to me. So the quantity of appetizers, absolutely miserable, I've never seen worse. Appetizer quality: flavorless, nothing that I liked, maybe only the octopus was okay. Pizzas: definitely thin, even too thin. You can't say they're bad but nothing special. The worst thing were the appetizers. Pieces of salmon and tuna (2 pieces per dish) the size of a postage stamp, really embarrassing. If you wanted, you could, with a little, improve a lot but now I do not recommend it and I would not return. Polite owner.

21/04/2025: ALTHOUGH THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE SERVICE WERE NORMAL, I CAN'T REMEMBER HAVING EATEN A WORSE PIZZA IN THE LAST YEARS...OR MAYBE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! IMPOSSIBLE TO GRASP BECAUSE TOO THIN AND WET, INGREDIENTS FROM ALTER DISCOUNT. TO FORGET!!!

07/05/2025: IL SAGITTARIO, l’unico vero classico ristorante di Polignano a Mare, uno di quelli che ormai non esistono quasi più nelle località turistiche ma che, per fortuna, è riuscito a resistere negli anni grazie alla sua capacità di adeguarsi, evolversi ed adattarsi ai tempi restando sempre ancorato alla tradizione… Nato come un ristorante a 360 gradi (carne, pesce, pizza), oggi ha inclinato la barra del timone leggermente verso un menù di mare con una scelta vastissima ma, conservando comunque le “certezze” che lo hanno reso noto nel tempo come dei primi stupendi ed abbondanti o come le bistecche che potete ammirare in foto o delle ottime pizze (stile barese). Uno dei pochissimi locali di Polignano che sono riusciti a mantenere i prezzi ad un livello accettabile, anzi onesto, rimanendo punto di riferimento per tante famiglie e grandi (e piccole) tavolate di Amici. Super Consigliato!

02/04/2025: Per festeggiare la festa delle nostre ladies, siamo stati a pranzo presso il rinomato ristorante di Polignano a Mare "Il Sagittario". Tutto molto buono, portate extra ed un ringraziamento al sig. Domenico titolare del ristorante per aver esaudito le nostre richieste con piatti che non erano inseriti nel menù. Alla prossima!

11/05/2025: No more food of dubious quality..exaggerated prices based on the portions..we ordered sweet chips..they arrived in a milk bowl already cold as well as the classic fries which were also cold served in a classic cup bowl that I use for breakfast at home. We were six adults, barely enough for 4! People paid a good 8 euros..Fried meatballs with a terrible taste seemed already fried and then reheated..just two each paid 8 euros! From the menu ordered a hamburger 250 g.. I received a classic sandwich with hamburger lettuce cooked very badly in my opinion, already pre-cooked and then finished cooking it at a later time including a very poor quality brioche bun (the sandwich is not mentioned on the menu!!) paid 15 euros.. non-litre cream water paid 3; euros.. a friend of mine then ordered a pizza and the wrong pizza arrived, apologizing, they changed it and returned after 1 minute counted with the same modified pizza cold.. just like my other friend ordered mixed roast which arrived cold in cold lava stone which they only use for embellishment.. they deduct the mixed roast from the bill apologizing for what happened for a total of over 170 euros luckily we didn't pay for the roast otherwise how much would the bill have been? over 200 for having eaten two cold chips.. wrong cold pizza and a sandwich that wasn't mentioned on the menu.. of terrible quality.. the only thing decent perhaps and the Raffo beer they say is on tap.. never again!! Aaa I forgot 3 euro cover charge each to have a table without a tablecloth!!!

20/06/2025: Found Pasticceria Bar by chance on a 3 day visit to Foggia, i'm veggie, but if required I will eat fish. Armed with Google Translate and served by Martha the waitress I had a lovely smoked salmon lunch, she was charming and friendly, I love the Italian Cafe buzz!! I will deffo visit again ☺️ HAPPY DAYS..... Thank You Martha... (They can accommodate veggies)

10/06/2025: Il 25 maggio 2025 abbiamo scelto il ristorante *Malcandrino* per festeggiare un’occasione speciale: la Cresima di nostro figlio. Ci era stato consigliato, e possiamo dire di aver fatto una scelta davvero perfetta. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli, con un servizio professionale e attento. Il cibo è stato ottimo, ricco di sapori autentici e presentato con grande cura. Non possiamo non ringraziare in modo particolare il responsabile, Andrea, che si è dimostrato disponibile e comprensivo: a causa di un imprevisto di viaggio, alcuni ospiti hanno tardato ad arrivare, e nonostante gli impegni serali del locale, ha gestito il tutto con grande eleganza e senza farci sentire in alcun modo sotto pressione. Un posto speciale, che merita davvero di essere conosciuto e apprezzato. Grazie di cuore per aver contribuito a rendere questa giornata indimenticabile!
