28/02/2025: Bar Cattedrale is simply the story of the Biscegliese sigh. A mastery in the art of pastry making that is handed down from generation to generation, combining tradition and innovation. The master pastry chefs Vincenzo and Graziano, together with their team, blend tradition with innovation. The confirmation of all this is given by the many customers who, especially at the weekend, as per tradition, form very long queues in front of the pastry shop. Simply super. Congratulations guys, keep it up 👍👍👍

02/03/2025: An elegant and refined place where you easily feel at home, very friendly and kind waiters and owner. they also took care of our labrador by bringing her water and making her feel calm and comfortable in a more private place for us. and what about the food, Excellent! excellent quality all prepared at the time of order so really fresh and made with care and above all modern in appearance but with genuine taste! highly recommended

19/01/2025: Although the food was good (not great) and the environment was welcoming, the service was somewhat poor and the costs were high. 1. We were immediately surprised by the absence of a tablecloth, with the dishes directly on the table...it seemed unhygienic to us. 2.We asked for a toothpick and after multiple requests they told us that they were finished. 3. While we were chatting among the diners, after enjoying the first course, the owner approached the table, interrupting our conversation, asking: "so, do you want to order dessert?"...arbitrarily assuming that we would have skipped the second course. 4. I asked for a coffee with sambuca, but they didn't have sambuca. 5. At the time of the bill, they presented us with the advance bill with a discount marked in pen of 1.5 euros (on a sum of over 200.00 euros). 6. To conclude, at the time of payment and at my request, they gave us a partial receipt, with only a part of the total (which we only realized when we returned home). It seemed to us like a homely trattoria that aspires with image and costs to become a starred restaurant. 100% not recommended

01/01/2025: Everything EXCELLENT! From the welcome on the first day by Giulia and Ferdinando, to the room (very clean and equipped with everything you need), to the kitchen (their son Matteo cooks divinely!). At breakfast Mrs. Giulia made us try the delicacies of the area, at dinner Matteo delighted us with his dishes.. My husband who is vegetarian found a vast choice of dishes, one better than the other!:) Every day they gave us excellent advice on what to visit.. and then Salento is wonderful.. even in winter! Location: close to the fast road between Otranto and Maglie which makes it convenient for visiting all the areas of Salento. The masseria is immersed in the countryside so you sleep peacefully immersed in silence. Highly recommended!;)

04/10/2024: Wir haben in dieser schönen Masseria vier Nächte verbracht (Ü/F) und zweimal zu Abend gegessen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sauber und für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt wirklich empfehlenswert. Alle Mahlzeiten waren äußerst lecker. Die Besitzer sind nicht nur nett, sondern gehen auf Wünsche ein und vermitteln eine gute Betreuung. Die Masseria ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet viele Möglichkeiten als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

17/04/2025: A very nice place. We stopped for lunch by pure chance and we were won over. A very warm welcome, a small selection of very nice antipasti. We are not too sweet but very nice pastries. We actually went back because our feelings about this place were great. Thanks to the very nice staff!

04/03/2025: Either to take away or to enjoy on site, a corner of Sicily in the heart of Salento. Truly a pleasant discovery that is worth trying. Professionalism and courtesy in a very welcoming environment and then the arancini triumph in every taste and for every taste. Don't forget the cannoli strictly made with sheep's ricotta. Excellent quality/price ratio. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

03/01/2025: Arancini of various flavors and all excellent. Compact and really tasty. My favorite is saffron and pistachios But the other flavors also compete for supremacy from baked arancino to The cube one It's like returning to Catania

13/04/2025: Ristorante a conduzione familiare di altissimo livello. Uno dei migliori in cui abbia mai mangiato. Da segnalare sicuramente i troccoli al nero di seppia fatti in casa allo scoglio, ricchissimi di frutti di mare, fasolari e calamari, risotto allo scoglio e pasta fresca con crema di scampi e scampone. Frittura di mare ottima, profumata e croccante, senza nessun eccesso di olio. Ottima la Falanghina pugliese Bio. In ultimo e non meno importante la gentilezza del proprietario che ha reso la cena piacevolissima. Un posto in cui tornerò sicuramente.

03/03/2025: Excellent place in terms of food. I go there especially for aperitifs or after-dinner desserts which are of a very high quality and vast choice. Also an excellent place for savory specialties even if you haven't personally tried them but I don't think they can lack in quality based on what I've seen and ascertained. Very friendly helpful staff. Average environment, modern furnishings, nothing particular to note, however very comfortable. For me a meeting and relaxation point.

08/03/2025: 4 friends for lunch with excellent zampina as a main course, but also the starter and first course satisfied us. The staff was also excellent and was able to recommend the right quantities (but I made an encore of the paw😂) Worth a second repeat.

31/03/2025: On Saturday 29/3 we celebrated my nephew's first birthday in this wonderful location! Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the food as it was of poor quality as well as quantity!!! It was scarce and there wasn't enough for everyone! A good part of the guests stopped at Rosticceria Oriente, given that the event lasted from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. The staff was not very helpful and in a hurry just to finish the service! I still haven't realized if they served the cake first and the first course after or vice versa 🤔. We will definitely be back on closing day!

11/12/2024: The pizza and the rotisserie are really top. The products are really excellent and very fresh. Sergio and Angela are priceless hosts. Always a good choice.
