08/01/2025: Locale un po datato personale socievole ma poco esaudiente ( abbiamo cercato alcuni suggerimenti ma nn sono stati compresi), primi piatti molto buoni e abbondanti, nell' insieme un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

02/06/2025: Terrible place, cold pasta!! 20 min wait after asking for the bill, the owner doesn't know what's going on because she's too busy chatting with friends, the staff has to solve it!!!

14/04/2025: Extremely negative experience. I had booked with the fork. Although you can arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation time, after just 5 minutes he had already reported that I had not shown up. As a justification, in a less than pleasant way, the manager says that he received a reservation for a large group and that he didn't have room to sit me at the table. In my opinion only to not grant the discount provided by the fork. A genius, given that after having eaten very well in another pizzeria nearby, we passed by there and the place, which was quite shabby, was half empty. Compliments

20/05/2025: Honestly, we don't understand the individual, very negative reviews at all. The restaurant was even recommended to us by locals, and at first we had a queasy feeling because of the mixed reviews. But ultimately, we were completely satisfied. The food, service, and cleanliness were all top-notch, and the price was fair. We've been traveling through Italy for 50 years and are also very picky. Either there's been a significant change in staff in the last few months, or the negative comments are completely unfounded.

20/05/2025: Ehrlich gesagt können wir die einzelnen sehr negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen. Uns wurde das Lokal sogar von Einheimischen empfohlen und wir hatten zuerst auch ein mulmiges Gefühl aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Rezensionen. Wir waren dann aber rundum zufrieden. Essen, Service, Sauberkeit alles tip top und zu einem fairen Preis. Wir reisen seit 50 Jahren durch Italien und sind auch sehr heikel. Entweder gab es in den letzten Monaten einen markanten Personalwechsel oder die negativen Kommentare sind total unbegründet.

24/05/2025: Siamo stati per la prima volta e sinceramente per aver mangiato 3 focaccine , 2 birre piccole, 1 bottiglina piccola di acqua e 2 caffè totale 40€ ci è sembrato eccessivo.

13/04/2025: Posto semplice, personale cordiale ma sopratutto materie prime di alta qualità. Per la seconda volta siamo tornati a mangiare le buonissime focaccine al nicchio di Marina di Pietrasanta per una cena informale davanti ad un bel parco e vicini alla spiaggia con alle spalle le bellissime Alpi Apuane

17/06/2025: I had the worst experience with the workers here, they stalked me down the street proclaiming I had to eat at their restaurant, then when I chose not to because they were really rude they continued to shout rude remarks at me while I was eating. I would NOT recommend at all!

15/01/2025: I had a mediocre coffee at lunchtime and paid 1 euro and 50 cents for it! No receipt! Who knows why this place is always half empty?!

23/11/2024: If you could give zero stars for the service I would! we went for lunch in this bar we had a nice table yesterday...we waited a good 20 minutes to get the dishes we asked the blonde girl for water 3 times and the same thing wasn't brought to us with the bread...which we didn't really see! we then asked for coffee and she acted as if we didn't exist and went to smoke a cigarette as if nothing had happened. after 15 minutes the coffees arrive as if they were water! VERY BAD experience. I highly recommend that if you have to work like this, change jobs, we will never return

13/04/2025: Pizza buonissima, Ambiente confortevole, staff gentile, posto ideale dove passare una bellissima serata per cena o pranzo. Oltre che alla pizza ottimi anche gli antipasti. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

27/05/2025: Pranzo in famiglia era il compleanno di mio padre abbiamo ordinato e non sono arrivati tutti i piatti, piatti senza sapore sopratutto spaghetti allo scoglio, c’era un uomo in sala molto scorbutico non è possibile che nel 2025 non abbiano un menù cartaceo sopratutto per le persone anziane , appena gliel’ho chiesto mi ha risposto pure male..!! Spero migliorino che così fanno poca strada

17/05/2025: On a warm May Saturday night, half of Pistoia - young and old, families, groups celebrating birthdays, couples celebrating love - all come to Cafe le Blanc to eat the best pizza. The food is wonderful, the best crisp, thin base and wide range of delicious toppings - classic and bianco- and the atmosphere quite magical. You can also come here for very good coffee, panini and pastries - all fatto in casa. But the special atmosphere of Saturday pizza nights has to be experienced. Also of note is the lovely service and kind, sympathetic owner and staff.

24/04/2025: In centro a Pistoia Abbiamo consumato due caffè e dolcetto (risottino). Servizio attento e cordiale Trovarlo aperto il giorno di Pasquetta è stato bello!

19/04/2025: Sono venuta diverse volte in diversi anni con diverse gestioni, ma questa le supera tutte, non ho mai visto il locale così pulito e ordinato, con camerieri così solari ed educati. Cibo ottimo nonostante il prezzo molto contenuto. E grandi quantità. Bravi tutti continuate cosi

16/03/2025: Qualità del cibo, niente di che, ma considerato il prezzo del menù fisso ci può stare.. Sala al freddo, stufa spenta (di sabato sera) perché avevano finito il pellet (la coop è accanto bastava comprare 1 sacco) Hanno fatto pagare il coperto ad un bimbo di 1 anno, che non ha mangiato ed è stato seduto nel seggiolone forse 5 minuti.. e 2€ in più per la "correzione" del caffè Dolci solo cose congelate, vecchio stampo come mattonella tartufo etc Sinceramente peggiora ogni volta che mi capita di andarci

19/06/2025: Absolute day light robbery. Far from a real Italian pizza. Wet and soggy in the centre, cheese that comes off like a scab with just one bite, service was minimal, full of flies could barely sit in peace to eat. Its one and only redeemable quality was that it was relatively clean (the only reason it gets 2 stars). To top off 2 simple pizzas and 2 small bottles of sparkling water came to a whopping €26 - don’t bother eating here - walk an extra 5 mins and plenty of great places to eat in the centre.
