The mushroom pizza didn't seem very good to me because the mozzarella wasn't really mozzarella (they used another cheese). The atmosphere and service were okay. Prices were slightly above average, but within the range.

We waited over two hours for our pizzas, and on top of that, they arrived with raw sausage, and rightfully so, many people left their seats because they hadn't received anything yet. Service was almost nonexistent, and the seats were crowded together. Terrible experience.

08/09/2025: A welcoming and refined atmosphere made the lunch enjoyable. The attentive and courteous service contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. The pasta was truly delicious and inviting. A small increase in portions would make the experience even more satisfying. Overall, a good option for a business lunch without too many expectations. I recommend booking.

05/09/2025: Bad experience. Although they had free tables, for some reason they didn’t want to serve us. Maybe because we’re tourists??? The waitress was really nice person, but the boss woman was not welcoming us.

19/02/2026: Me and my wife were in Florence for our anniversary and we stumbled upon this restaurant and quickly fell in love with the atmosphere and the food did not disappoint! The service is top there and they are super friendly and made us feel at home to the point where we came three nights in a row. I highly recommend whether you’re looking for great pasta, steak, and pizza since we got to try a little bit of everything! Stop in for a drink and some food you won’t regret it!

19/02/2026: Tre Merli is a great place to eat! Calm and relaxing environment, spacious, and amazing food. Adelina was our server and is lovely! We can hear 3 nights in a row and tried something new each time. I recommend the Chardonnay and Florentine Steak. But we also had pizza, pasta, clams/mussels, and tiramisu. They have something for everyone. If you decide to eat here and Adelina is your server, tell her that Emily & Cassidy from Florida, recommends you come here! ;) ciao!

11/11/2025: First time and last. The place was cold. I understand that since it was Monday night, they didn't have reservations, but they should warm up the place at least a little since it's open. The pizza was rightfully cold. There were six of us in the entire place, zero consideration. The coffees were brought with the dishes still on the table, which can happen, for goodness sake, with a packed house. I understand the tiredness; it's Monday, but this job requires kindness, smiles, and a lot of attention to customers. I speak from personal work experience.

11/11/2025: I complimented the pizza chefs myself because the pizza is truly delicious. As are the desserts. Definitely worth trying again!

07/10/2025: "Taste, hospitality, and the Versilia sun at the Osteria al Pontile in Tonfano" On a bright, sunny day, we chose to have lunch at the Osteria al Pontile, in the heart of Tonfano's main square. A truly pleasant location, perfectly reflecting the order and care that distinguish Versilia: well-kept green lawns, flowers everywhere, convenient services, and an overall feeling of harmony and cleanliness. This area also boasts vast sandy beaches, which at the end of the season, with the beach resorts closed, transform into the perfect place for a relaxing after-lunch stroll, just steps from the restaurant. A truly complete experience, combining good food and the beauty of the landscape. The welcome was warm from the start, even for our large dog, who was welcomed and made to feel at ease. It's rare to find such pet-friendly establishments without sacrificing elegance or quality service. Lunch satisfied all the family's tastes. We started with a mixed seafood appetizer with balanced, fresh flavors. Next up was a crispy fried fish and vegetables dish, light and well-executed, and the dish I was most excited about: a clam pasta dish that lived up to every promise: flavorful, fragrant, and perfect. Definitely the highlight of our lunch. We concluded with a tiramisu without coffee, colored with alkermes: an original, delicate twist that's definitely worth trying again. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and sunny. We'll definitely be back: Osteria al Pontile is a perfect example of how good food, hospitality, and the beauty of the area make Versilia a special destination in every season.

15/11/2025: Welcoming place, I have to change my mind. Try the spaghetti with tartar and octopus. The seafood tagliolini are excellent.
