I particularly appreciated the kindness of the servers and the manager, even though we're French. Communication was easy, and it was the best restaurant we ate at in Italy. Affordable. Delicious. 21/01/2026: A solid 2 out of 2 after a few weeks, and still super positive. A historic restaurant located on the pedestrian street of San Vincenzo, offering tables both on the aquarium veranda and in the indoor dining rooms. Menu: - Pizza: Very good, whether classic, imaginative, or gourmet. From now on, my favorite in San Vincenzo. - Fish: I tried fried food, risotto, and pasta. Everything was great, perhaps the risotto was good, but not great; perhaps I was expecting it to be more "fishy." Prices: In line with local restaurants for quantity and quality, both for the pizza menu and the restaurant.

07/12/2025: On Saturdays and Sundays, the wait for takeout can be long; it's best to order pizza in advance. I assume it can also be long to eat in the dining room, based on what I've seen while waiting for takeout pizzas. I plan on eating there soon, even though the dining room is small (I think they open an outdoor area in a small courtyard in the summer) and some tables are right up against the counter where takeout waits. The pizza, however, is excellent, in terms of size and consistency, more similar to Roman pizza than Neapolitan pizza. The dough is excellent, and the toppings are excellent and plentiful. The fried panzerotti are excellent; they're generously sized and the fillings are appropriate.

07/04/2026: It's been a while since I've been there, but I remembered it being excellent pizza. Instead, I was a little disappointed, as as soon as it cooled, I had trouble cutting it, losing its crispy texture and flavor. They don't have red beer. Perfect service.

04/03/2026: The staff were very welcoming. It's a small corner shop, the kind of place that looks delicious because they don't spend a penny on advertising. The cheese pizza was excellent; the cheese portion was generous, and the bread itself was really good. It had a thick crust, about two or three centimeters thick, with a hydrated dough, large air pockets, and a chewy, elastic texture. But underneath, there was a very thin, incredibly crispy crust. In other words, it achieved a perfect balance between the crispy bottom and the moist, chewy interior – a truly outstanding crust. You absolutely must try it if you're passing by!

26/10/2025: I ordered 400 grams of farinata more than an hour in advance, rightfully adjusting to the time slot based on the availability they gave me. When I picked it up, they weighed the farinata without letting me see how much it was, but they left a little in the pan, probably for a regular customer. Nothing wrong with that, except that they charged me just under 400 grams, and when I pointed this out, they told me it was a little less, with the giggle of a child caught stealing jam. Without objecting, I left, but at home, out of curiosity, I weighed it, and it was just over 250 grams. Now, if they want to keep their regular customers, that's fine with me, but I'm not going to let them make fun of me. Besides, placing a vase in front of the scale to hide the weight should be not only immoral but also illegal, if I'm not mistaken. And above all, the hysterical giggle of the clerk when I pointed this out was annoying.
