An excellent restaurant that I definitely recommend if you find yourself in Montecatini Terme. The food is top-notch, prepared with care and quality ingredients, and every meal was a true gastronomic experience. The service is equally impressive - the staff is friendly, professional and always ready to help. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, which further complements the overall impression. Before 7:30 pizza and salad is solid. The dinner menu is good and Damion from Argentina will dress your salad table side and show you how to use the normal ingredients to make your salad pop.

If I go to Montecatini, the pizza is only at Centrale. The quality is unquestionable, and the 4-star rating is only due to the fact that at the beginning of the season, the waiters are inexperienced and a bit confused. I arrived at 7:30 PM and had an appointment for 8:30 PM, so I thought an hour would be enough to eat a pizza. I immediately took my order and also asked for a covaccino with prosciutto to start, precisely because the pizza is fantastic. They brought us four dishes, but time passed without anything new. We asked, and they brought us the covaccino in a bread basket, cold and without prosciutto. Meanwhile, the waiter came twice to bring us peppered mussels and pizza sciué sciué, which we hadn't ordered. We moved on to the pizzas, and they were kind enough to not let us be late. When I got the bill, they told me they didn't charge us for the covaccino... Anyway, the pizzas are excellent, and I can't give them less than 4 stars.
