02/11/2025: Very good pizza and friendly and smiling staff

26/10/2025: I ordered 400 grams of farinata more than an hour in advance, rightfully adjusting to the time slot based on the availability they gave me. When I picked it up, they weighed the farinata without letting me see how much it was, but they left a little in the pan, probably for a regular customer. Nothing wrong with that, except that they charged me just under 400 grams, and when I pointed this out, they told me it was a little less, with the giggle of a child caught stealing jam. Without objecting, I left, but at home, out of curiosity, I weighed it, and it was just over 250 grams. Now, if they want to keep their regular customers, that's fine with me, but I'm not going to let them make fun of me. Besides, placing a vase in front of the scale to hide the weight should be not only immoral but also illegal, if I'm not mistaken. And above all, the hysterical giggle of the clerk when I pointed this out was annoying.

07/04/2026: Whenever I've been there, I've always found a family atmosphere, professional, precise staff attentive to customer needs, and excellent products... I recommend trying at least once.

29/03/2026: Very good place for pizza and cake, better to take away because they have few tables and it's crowded. But without a doubt one of the best in Livorno.

10/04/2026: The seating area in the main restaurant area is small but the menu is excellent and service has always been great. It is almost underground in a vaulted space beneath the loggia above. Regional specialties are the way to go. They make the best tortellini en brodo that I have ever had, although that's usually a special and not guaranteed to be on the menu. One of the better restaurants in Castiglion Fiorentino in my opinion.

28/09/2025: Unfortunately, for some time now there has been a deterioration in the quality of Neapolitan pizzas, especially the contemporary one. The crust, which is already quite large and would be appropriate for that type of pizza, was instead of being airy and light to the bite, but it was full of dough and moist, a sign of cooking at too high a heat that did not allow the crust to dry properly. I practically eat the pizza box when I take it to take away, so I leave it all (the crust). If we talk about the dough underneath the toppings, I found it excessively high compared to how a Neapolitan pizza should be, and I don't think it depends on the fact that it had a lot of ingredients on top because they were almost all ingredients put in on the way out (I took the "4 formaggi per noi"). Having said that, on the other pizzas, namely the pinsa and the tonda romana, I saw some nice products come out.

21/02/2026: We booked this place. The location, let's say, was average; The staff was friendly, the service was acceptable... but the downside was the prices!!! Three pizzas, a bottle of water, and a beer cost €90. The pizzas were soggy and undercooked, with very little toppings. Coffee was €2.50. Unbelievable!!

30/11/2025: No, I didn't like the pizza, chewy, rubbery, the tomato was sour, actually very sour. Out of respect for those who work, I rarely leave negative reviews, but here I was almost disappointed. I had wanted to go for a long time and I was deeply disappointed. I had a half-meter large pizza, a simple margherita, "luckily." Even my partner left it on the table more than halfway, the crust said it was not edible, cold and rubbery, nothing come on... I always see it full and that's the essential thing for them, I'm happy for them that people go there anyway... I didn't like it at all, but I'm worth a 1 and I think my review, even if negative, remains an end in itself. The coffee was very bad, even that seemed like barley because it was so watery...

13/04/2026: Comfortable atmosphere, spacious dining room, efficient service. We've been to Remo's on several occasions: wedding receptions, business meetings, and lunches to celebrate the end of the TeamTM dog training course, a popular meeting place. The first courses, both meat and fish, are excellent, and the steak is excellent. Competitive prices. Ample parking on the street in front of the restaurant.
