30/05/2025: A very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

26/05/2025: The location is very very beautiful, unfortunately having called 1 day before we managed to find a place but unfortunately not outside. Quality ingredients and really good. The pizza was good, if I have to make some clarifications I would say that in my opinion the artichoke did not feel the presence and taste of artichokes so even though it was good it was a bit unknown. The Campagna Viva was my favorite, very good but even here if I have to make a clarification the nduja could not be felt at all and it almost seemed like just tomato drops. The Norma was good, I asked the waitress if I could do half without the grated sheep cheese at the end and she said no.. it did not seem very elegant or an impossible request. Another clarification as soon as we finished dinner the waiters came IMMEDIATELY after 1 minute to take away our plates. I do not think it is seen well by the customer because it sends the message of "wanting to get him up from the table immediately". Overall a very quiet place and it was a pleasant evening!

28/05/2025: The seafood pizza simply tastes like tomato sauce with spices. The mussels were whole, half of them still closed, so they were inedible. The Italian guests at the next table were given a special plate for the shells. I had to throw them in the bread basket. Pizza Speciale with potatoes, a bit of minced meat, and tomatoes. Potatoes on a pizza???? Any Italian would turn in their grave. Absolutely the worst pizza in Bella Italia

16/11/2024: ristorante l’oliveta davvero consigliatissimo, siamo stati a cenare un paio di volte, entrambe esperienze positive dove abbiamo potuto godere di ottimi piatti della cucina toscana e di una vasta scelta di vini rossi veramente di qualità, per non parlare della calorosa accoglienza e della cordialità del personale che danno modo di sentirsi come a casa, tutti piatti buonissimi ma l’’agnello che fanno è veramente speciale, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

02/06/2025: Cena a dir poco meravigliosa. Piatti squisiti e di ottima qualità. Servizio gentile e disponibile. Ottima rapporto prezzo qualità. Talmente buono il cibo che lo abbiamo divorato. L'unica foto è dei dolci buonissimi anche essi. Tutto fresco e delizioso. Buona la carta dei vini. Consigliatissimo.

06/04/2025: Ordinato 2 pizze ,alla pizzeria del Poggio, più preso anche 2 pezzi di ripiena di con salciccia e stracchino…Pizza stendiamo un velo pietoso, praticamente insapore nonostante avesse avuto sia würstel salciccia e pancetta….(würstel 3 pezzetti, salciccia quasi invisibile pancetta idem…la cosa che si sentiva quasi a dare noia la passata di pomodoro.Ripiena senza sapore…stracchino forse appena visto e salciccia inesistente…queste le 2 “ripiene”

17/03/2025: We had dinner at La Favola Mia for a work commitment and we felt really welcome. Personally, I am a fan of Renato Zero and I found the artist's energy and charisma in the professional and empathetic dining room staff. The raw materials are of high quality and the presentation of the dishes is meticulous. Also recommended for its strategic position, not far from the Chiesina Uzzanese motorway exit, halfway between Florence and Versilia, very close to Montecatini Terme and a few km from Lucca. We will be back soon😊

22/06/2025: My husband ordered a steak and everything was fine. My chicken, on the other hand, tasted like blood, a sign that it wasn't fresh. I mentioned this to the waiter, and he very reluctantly told me he was sorry, and that was it. Just like that. I don't recommend a place that doesn't care about the quality of its food. Oh, and they also get defensive instead of trying to improve. How ridiculous.

29/05/2025: Small restaurant with very little parking unfortunately (but in an adjacent street there is some space). We ate well. We were a good group and here we booked, they offered us an appetizer and first course menu and we were full and happy.

06/06/2025: Ristorante avviato da tempo, gestione familiare e ottima posizione . Ho sempre frequentato per mangiare la pizza , che considero comunque di superiore alla media del posto , ma non eccellente e con i rapporto qualità prezzo buono, rispetto alle altre pizzerie della zona. Il discorso cambia completamente per la parte ristorante . Per la prima ( e unica volta ) ho deciso di non mangiare un antipasto e primo di mare. A parte i costi elevati, adeguati comunque alla zona, porzioni scarse , antipasto specialmente , e primi che ancora non ho capito cosa fossero. Insipidi, freddi . Delle seppie solo l’odore .. Giustizio condiviso dato dai commensali al nostro fianco. Ok pagare per il un pranzo di mare a Castiglioncello ma qualcosa di meglio a quel prezzo si trova. Concludo, pizza ok. Il resto no.

22/05/2025: Large and welcoming place with typical local cuisine and pizzeria with wood oven. Excellent service and large outdoor parking. It is a rustic place from which it draws its charm.

26/06/2025: I had pizza inside Eataly. It was chewy and tasty, and I liked the casual atmosphere. It seems like a place you can just drop in and eat. First tell them what you want at the pizza counter, and they'll give you a receipt, which you can take to the counter with drinks and cakes and pay for them there. Then you go back to the pizza counter, show them your receipt, and you can get your pizza. The lemonade they had there was really tasty, probably only available at Eataly. But there aren't that many places to sit.
