The two of us ate everything based on fish. The mixed seafood appetizer and the penne all'imperiale were very good. The wine recommended by the waiter was excellent. Even without a reservation, we only had to wait a few minutes for a table to be set. Highly recommended.

A top location with a spectacular panoramic view of Massa! The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful, but special credit goes to the owner and her son for their wonderful hospitality. ​The dinner was exceptional, with truly excellent cuisine throughout. I highly recommend this place: one of the best dinners ever in terms of specialties and quality. Many compliments to the entire staff, well done!

Terrible experience. Pizza so bad you could eat it with a spoon. Spaghetti with clams was overcooked and soaked in broth... I don't recommend it!!!!

Perfectly cooked al dente, the sauces are rich, flavorful, and well-balanced. If you come here, the first courses are a must. ​The atmosphere and service: Courteous staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The only negative that keeps the 4-star rating from falling short was the wait: the timing between ordering and the dishes arriving was a bit slow, especially considering the place wasn't completely full. ​In summary: If you're looking for an excellent pasta dish, this is a surefire option. A little more speed in service would earn it a full five stars.

The pizza is good, I find the rest a bit dated. You can still find the penne all'imperial.

Saturday evening, dinner at a restaurant with the family. La Carretta in Marina di Massa, of course. Excellent and plentiful food, fast, professional, and friendly service, and the price is right! Well done, as always!

Never been before, the atmosphere is charming. Excellent service, professional, and smiling waiters, which is what counts for me. Good and plentiful food. I ate excellent fish at the buffet, then I ordered spaghetti allo scoglio, and they bring you a large plate full of fish. I couldn't finish it.

We go there often. The generous portions are excellent, with excellent seafood and fantastic pizza. The staff is friendly and very organized. The wait times are short, even when the restaurant is full. Go there. Giampaolo.
