10/07/2026: Picked a pizzeria at random for takeout and was very surprised by the quality of the pizzas. Tasty tomato base and toppings. Dough was great too 👌🏻

17/07/2026: We were so excited to eat at this restaurant and have authentic Neapolitan pizza. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The waiter did not give us a menu. Instead, he handed us a QR code. We had to constantly go back and forth trying to see all of the menu items. When another group of guests showed up, they got menus. I am not sure if it was our server’s first day but he brought out our second course at the same time as first course (but only for half of us). Does that sound confusing? Well it was. When we asked why, he just put his hands together, bowed, and walked away. Our pizza came out soggy and we left the salad untouched. Not sure if we caught them on an off night but not even the owner/manager was not hospitable. When we walked to the designated pay area, he barely made any eye contact and was totally distracted. There were only 2 tables with guests at this point. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

24/07/2026: I believe, without exaggeration, that I ate the best pizza in the Sieve Valley and perhaps even in Tuscany, and yet I had an ordinary pizza, 10/10 pizza dough, 10/10 toppings, 10/10 cooking, well done, keep it up.

14/07/2026: Historic pizzeria in Pontassieve under new management. Extensive menu with many choices. Excellent pizza dough and toppings. Quality ingredients. Fast service.

11/05/2026: The place is spartan and a bit noisy but the food is very good.

13/08/2026: One of the best restaurants on the island. We've been there more than once and had a great time. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It deserves a 5⭐ rating. Congratulations indeed.

09/08/2026: Anyone who says the pizza is delicious means they've never eaten a good pizza. The dough, cooking, and flavor were nothing special. It wasn't even specified what dough it was, what flour they used, and what leavening method they used. Luckily, there was toppings, otherwise it was dry and inedible. The portions for the first courses are ridiculous. By law, they should write the weight.

16/07/2026: The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and incredibly helpful. The pizzas were spectacular, and the desserts were fabulous. I'll definitely be back.

08/08/2026: We felt very welcome here. The food was great. We enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day. At lunchtime, the restaurant was full of Italians. Unfortunately, none of the delicious pizzas were served at lunchtime. However, this meant we got to enjoy the delicious pasta. The service was really very friendly!

08/08/2026: I ate here twice during my holiday because it was so delicious! We had fantastic crudo with melon, the best pizza of the holiday, and fantastic pasta. The ice cream was also top-notch; I would definitely come back.

12/07/2026: The location was very ordinary, nothing spectacular, but very clean. The welcome was excellent, and the staff were always helpful. I thought the risotto was a bit too thin, although the flavor was excellent given the freshness of the mushrooms. As for the pizzas, I thought the best ones were the white ones, because the tomato sauce was slightly acidic, as if it hadn't been cooked long enough.

10/08/2026: The bald waiter here showed me the price of a large beer (50cl) and said 7.5 euros. I said okay and ordered it. He brought me a 33cl glass of beer. When I said I wanted a large one, he very disrespectfully said that was the largest they had. I said you showed me a 50cl large beer on the menu, and he mockingly said it was written incorrectly there. If I had insisted further with this very disrespectful person, he might have even gotten into a fight with me. Thinking about my vacation, I just said "shame on him" and didn't bother. The girl at the bar agreed with me and apologized; I thank her.

01/08/2026: We had dinner this evening at Vecchia Posta: everything was fine until I found an insect on my plate. The waitress apologized and asked if I wanted the whole dish remade. I thanked her and declined. When it came time to pay the bill, I wouldn't say I expected the dish to be charged at €0, but at least I expected it to be reduced and not charged in full.

24/07/2026: During my visit to Pisa, I decided to try Capodimonte Pisa and was very impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is truly friendly. I ordered a beef tagliata, and it was cooked to perfection, juicy, and flavorful. The portions were generous and accompanied by fresh, well-prepared side dishes. The wine selection is excellent, allowing you to choose the perfect pairing for your dish. I highly recommend this grill restaurant to anyone visiting Pisa who wants to enjoy an excellent meal in a pleasant setting.
