My pizza tonight was damned perfection: thin crust, but also thick for those who prefer it, crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside. Every bite is an emotional journey: it makes you close your eyes, sigh with pleasure, and think, "This is why life is worth living." Top-notch ingredients, a wood-fired oven that adds that perfect smoky touch—standing ovations are in order! Yes, I've read (and shared) a few reviews complaining about the wait times, especially when it's busy (and it always is, because it's good!). But as a regular, I tell you: those 15-20 minutes are an absolute treat. You sit down, chat with friends or reflect on the day, savor the family atmosphere, and watch the pizza chefs at work with incredible dedication. They don't rush: they cook every pizza "to perfection," with obsessive care, because their true joy is seeing happy faces like mine at the end. It's pure satisfaction for the team—I can tell by the proud looks they give me every time they bring me a steaming plate. In a world of fast food, here the wait is the prelude to a genuine emotion. The dough is rolled out thinly, just the way I like it, perfectly crispy, and topped with top-quality ingredients that you can taste in every bite. 15/03/2026: I went for lunch on Sunday, two seafood grills, a quarter of wine plus a glass of house red, plus dessert, a bottle of water, and coffee, 85 euros!!! It seems a lot to me!! I didn't order two pans, and this is the first time I'm writing a review, so what I ordered is what I wrote... otherwise it wouldn't have been 85 euros with two pans and I wouldn't have complained 😀

02/04/2026: Stop for a quick lunch, we are used to Neapolitan pizza with a high edge, but the dough was well-seasoned, the base without a distinct flavor, the rest made the pizza a bit soggy, it didn't disappoint, but it didn't blow away either, and the salad, as salad is, could have made a better base, not just iceberg lettuce, but it was enough for a quick lunch.

07/03/2026: We've been wanting to go to this restaurant for a long time. Highly recommended. The service was courteous, cheerful, and punctual. We'll definitely be back to try other delicacies. What we ate and drank was excellent. The ingredients were excellent, the cuisine was tasty and light, a blessing even for those with sensitive stomachs without sacrificing the flavor of a good meal. We had pizza, but also appetizers, meat, side dishes, and dessert, so the rating is based on a varied meal. Congratulations!

07/03/2026: I tried three types of pizza, especially the tuna and onion one, but they were all really good. The pizza is Neapolitan-style, the service is very attentive, and the place is truly cozy: there's even a fireplace that makes the atmosphere very warm and pleasant. The desserts were delicious, too! If you're passing through, I highly recommend stopping here for dinner.

13/10/2025: Disappointing experience We booked through the number provided, which sent a link on WhatsApp to complete the reservation. Everything seemed perfect: I received the official confirmation and even a reminder message the same day. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. We tried to contact the number provided, but it was either non-existent or deactivated, making it impossible to get information or assistance. The situation was extremely difficult for us: there were six of us, with two small children, in Procchio, where there were no other restaurants open that evening. A disappointing and unprofessional experience. The reservation system should be managed with greater care and reliability.

28/01/2026: First problem, the waitress recommended a wine, saying it was excellent (26 euros)... but it was a table wine, little more than a tavernello.... the other thing we didn't like at all!!! was the "Bistecca" (steak). They were shown a raw steak 8/9 cm thick, but another steak arrived at the table already cut and full of sinew.... and then why a steak without a fillet? Then it shouldn't be called "bistecca" on the menu, but "costata" (rib eye), and the price can't be the same.....!!! Furthermore, for the service and the food we were served, the price is extremely excessive.

15/01/2026: Business lunch: top-notch "Sorani" beans, top-notch ricotta fritters. Kudos to Carla, who pampers her customers. A must-try for anyone in the area.
