06/08/2024: On holiday with friends in Castiglion Fibocchi, we had dinner twice with the friendly Jair, an Inter fan (obviously) and a good host, like everyone else in the family and among the employees. Excellent meat, typical appetizers of crostini and cured meats and tasty pizzas (attention: non-Neapolitan, not Sicilian dough, more similar to thin and crunchy one). We felt at home, in a simple but comfortable environment, and above all cool, given the temperatures :)

24/08/2024: Pizza was good. Unfortunately, the pizza was already served while we were eating the starter (we only had the starter for 3 minutes). Prices are okay. Starter is nothing special.

24/08/2024: We discovered this place by chance...we were hungry and were looking for a pizza in the area...I'd say it was a pleasant surprise!!! Here you can eat real Neapolitan pizza, you can smell the scent of tomato, basil, mozzarella and oil. For those who are gluten intolerant, like me, there are no second courses here, but you can still find something to eat among the starters... I had raw meat and buffalo mozzarella... very satisfied!!! If we are in the area we will definitely return

10/08/2024: Iniziamo dal fatto che l’antipasto è arrivato un’ora dopo l’ordine, entrèe portato ai tavoli a simpatia a quanto pare non si capisce su quale base come la diversità dei piatti nonostante gli stessi ordinati ma diversi tra un tavolo e l’altro. Una volta ordinato un calice di vino lasciano gli altri calici a tavola ci è voluta un’altra ora per farci portare i bicchieri per le bevande e farci togliere i calici. Servizio dove abbiamo trovato poco comprendonio e piatti buttati lì sul tavolo tutto un po’ forzato e molto “abbandonati a noi stessi” , clienti che ti fumano fuori a mezzo metro mentre stai mangiando. Arriviamo ai piatti , antipasto di crudo da 40 euro con 5 pezzi di crudo manco fosse michelin scarsa qualità purtroppo e due primi con del pesce palesemente congelato da discount . Conto sopra i 100€ per un antipasto insoddisfacente e primi che fatti a casa erano meglio e sicuramente prendendo gli stessi prodotti non spendevi neanche un decimo di quello speso in questa cena. Insomma tutto insoddisfacente se si vuole mangiare del buon pesce al ristorante sicuramente questo non è il posto dove andare . Non ho mai fatto una recensione ma purtroppo è un posto che già conosciamo e la gente potrebbe cascarci andandoci credendo ci possa essere la stessa qualità che magari ci poteva essere una volta ma purtroppo non è manco avvicinabile da alcun punto di vista. Cena durata due ore e mezza ma non per volontà nostra , è stato un parto , brutta esperienza che vorrei evitare potessi tornare indietro.

04/08/2024: I’ve no idea why this place is only 4.1. I’d leave 6 stars if I could. First, it has the atmosphere that puts you at ease, the quintessentially Italian way. I took a small table by the door on a quiet Sunday evening, with a wonderful view. Being the only non-Italian there made it even more special. It’s a place where elderly couples come for dinner, fathers meet sons, families come by and say a familiar “hi” to the owner and staff, folks from around the corner pick up their pizzas. The place felt one of the most local I’ve visited in Italy. Such a contrast to the rest of Florence centre. Second, the food. 10/10. Wild boar pasta and tiramisu - unforgettable. I have the feeling the rest of the menu is superb too. All at completely reasonable prices. Third - service. Top-notch but unpretentious. Attentive, fast, friendly. So happy I came across it by chance, and definitely would come back!

02/08/2024: Very good restaurant! We went on the recommendation of the receptionist at our hotel and we liked it so much that we went again the next day and had dinner there again. One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten in my life. And what to say about the tiramisu... out of 10! Plus the prices are quite reasonable.

12/08/2024: A very good place to satisfy hunger, with very good flavor and one more point. In favor is that it is very economical, 100% recommended.

28/08/2024: Premise: we ate exclusively pizza. The place is very characteristic, with predominant wood and a pirate theme, including the staff, who are friendly and knowledgeable. The pizzas are really excellent, not particularly large but well seasoned and above all made with high quality dough. I drank a very good fruity craft beer. It is not a cheap place, but the price is appropriate for the location and the quality of the food offered. Absolutely recommended.

27/08/2024: Trained and kind staff with particular emphasis on Cassandra. Dishes prepared with care and with a clear choice of the best quality components. We will definitely return next time.

23/07/2024: Le pizzerie a Grassina vanno e vengono.... Ma Jimmy rimane sempre!!! La sua pizza sottile e digeribile è una garanzia.... e anche tutto il resto, tutta roba buona a prezzi onesti. Loro sono simpatici e alla mano, il locale è bello e accogliente. Fanno anche servizio a domicilio. Che si vole di più? Per noi, i migliori a Grassina!

01/08/2024: It’s not complicated, it’s the best pizza of my life! I had an eggplant parmesan pizza, incredible. I couldn't finish it because it was so filling, and that's a crime!

01/08/2024: What can I say except that their pizzas are divine. Everything is good and local. The flavors are fabulous and multiple on the same pizza. Small downside on the paid bottle of still water, but French deformation obliges.. But the staff is great. If you have to have a pizzeria in Florence even if it's a Neapolitan pizzeria!!

21/08/2024: Informal environment where I was immediately welcomed and seated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent for those who want to have an aperitif, eat a pizza or even taste good food. I recommend the raw seafood appetizer, the donzelle with raw ham and stracchino. The seafood pasta is excellent. All very fresh products

20/08/2024: Renato and Patricia super friendly. Very attentive and friendly. The pizza dough made to order. Unbeatable quality, and even more so considering that it is 100 meters from Piazza de la Croche. In the heart of the historic center. Whimsical pizza €10. The place is a little old and simple, but if what you are looking for is good and cheap pizza, it is the best place.
