01/09/2025: Today I ate at restaurant Da i' Folio. Easily accessible, easy parking, and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were super friendly, and the service was excellent! We requested a custom dish, and that was no problem at all. We had a custom spaghetti and a very tasty burger. I definitely want to come back. Thanks!

17/09/2025: Great place to eat, local sea fare and great views. The seafood dishes were excellent (Lobster Linguine, Crab Gnocchi - amazing!), we had lunch with a group of 11, the restaurant was bustling, but the staff managed well, food came out in a timely manner, desserts were delicious and decadent. Street parking only, which was difficult during the high-season (August), during this period Follonica is packed with tourists. Overall great experience, would dine here again.

09/11/2025: Unfortunately, my experience and that of the three people in my company was absolutely negative. Only one positive thing was the kindness of the waitress. After booking, it took quite a while to get the table... then after another hour or so, for the rest, the curtain opens and closes forever for us. I prefer not to go into detail about the rest 🙈

21/09/2025: If you work with the public, you also have to behave appropriately. When I called for takeout pizzas, the girl on the other end was very arrogant. I asked for a red-bottomed pizza because I can't eat mozzarella. When my husband got home, my pizza had a margherita base, so I basically didn't eat it. It was also burnt underneath. Never again.

03/11/2025: It took me a week to write my review because I was searching for the right words. I couldn't find them!! My partner had told me about Signora Caterina's tortelli, but I wasn't expecting such a sublime dish. No flaws, the pasta, the filling, and the ragù literally won me over, so much so that I ordered a second helping. I'll be back as soon as I can; unfortunately, the distance from Rome doesn't allow me to be there every day. Truly something indescribable. Thank you so much, Signora Caterina, for your excellent cuisine and your hospitality.

22/09/2025: Good pizza and reasonable prices. The place is very large, though a bit dated. Outdoor dining is available in the summer. Service was acceptable, though not professional, but family-like. The desserts, though homemade, weren't exactly amazing... Free parking. We'll try again, perhaps in the summer evenings. We've visited the place again; the desserts aren't the best, but the pizza is good. The €2.80 cover charge is excessive!

27/10/2025: One of the great classics of Pisan cuisine. Excellent cecina and Pisan-style pizza. It has a small indoor dining room. I suggest avoiding Saturdays, as the wait times can be inhuman.

14/10/2025: It's been a while since I've been able to book a table, but I finally understood why. A very beautiful and elegant place, but the most important thing is the high quality of the ingredients and the ingredients, and the way they're put together. In short, the pizzas are easy to digest. And everything else is made up of the professionalism of the people who work there. Definitely worth returning as soon as possible; just book a few days in advance.

01/10/2025: Two of us arrived without a reservation, but luckily there was a table available. The wait was two people, one very friendly, the other less so. The drinks came quickly, and we waited about 30 minutes for the appetizer. The pizza didn't arrive until about 90 minutes after the appetizer, which we really didn't expect, and our hunger grew accordingly. The pizza unfortunately had a bit too much cheese, but overall it was okay. Unfortunately, the wait was far too long, especially since the tables next door got their food much earlier.
