20/11/2025: I visited this place after being recommended to me by my Airbnb host, and they did not disappoint! Service was excellent and friendly especially towards a tourist like myself. The vibes were great and the food was phenomenal. Worth a visit if you’re ever in Siena!

As for the coccoli and fried pizza topped with Nutella, I don't recommend it because it's inedible given the amount of oil soaked into the dough. Furthermore, the place isn't well ventilated; my clothes and hair smelled of fried food.

30/04/2026: My daughter NEEDED to go to the Jersey Shore pizza shop. Thankfully it wasn't too busy when we went and were seated right away. I asked for the wifi password and they don't have it anymore, and I'm assuming it was the owner or manager that told me we just need to talk to each other and enjoy each other's company. The pizza was delicious! My girls devoured their dishes and he came back around to ask if there was something wrong with my pizza because I had only had a slice and I told him we were busy talking to each other. 😂 I'm glad they have a good sense of humor

When I raised the issue, what I believe was the owner (or at least a manager) tried to show me the cut of meat, but the issue wasn't the quality of the ingredients, but rather the cooking method. It also makes me wonder: what if I had an allergy or intolerance? Greater attention to these aspects would be crucial. Unfortunately, to make matters worse, the final bill also showed that the sliced ​​steak had been charged. An oversight that, after everything else, really broke the camel's back. It's a shame, because after a long day at work, I was just hoping to enjoy a good dinner. That said, I don't like to close doors: I always believe mistakes can be undone. If you want to prove that this was just a bad night, my family and I might even be ready to give you a second chance... let's just say the ball is in your court now 😉

The service is high-quality and fast. You don't have to wait for all the takeout pizzas, and then the dining room takes priority, and only then the takeout. There's an indoor dining area (for the winter) and a garden (for the summer), and both are cozy, showing the owner has put a lot of effort into it. Parking is available, both private and public, so you can always find a spot.

Among the dishes, a special mention goes to the pasta with bottarga: as a Sardinian, it's my absolute go-to. Here, I find it with a flavor that takes me straight back to my homeland. Her husband, the chef, prepares excellent dishes. They took over the place in 2024 and are doing a great job. The prices are average, actually a little lower because the portions are really large. Go, you'll be satisfied, just like we were.

07/04/2026: I recently visited Ristorante Pizzeria Tre Stelle, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food: Top notch! We were genuinely surprised by how flavorful and authentic the food was. The pizza had a perfectly crispy crust, and the pasta dishes were prepared with fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. You can really tell that love and care have been put into the dishes. The service: A pleasure in itself. The staff was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and attentive – without being intrusive. We felt very welcome and even received great recommendations for both food and wine. All in all, well worth a visit – I will definitely be coming back and can warmly recommend Tre Stelle to anyone who appreciates good Italian food in cozy surroundings.

05/04/2026: We just finished Easter lunch at this "Tre Stelle" restaurant in Montepulciano. It might not look like much from the outside, but inside it was a truly wonderful discovery: the staff were very welcoming, the food delicious, and the portions generous. The interior is truly warm and charming. For us, it's a 5-star restaurant, not a 3-star.
