16/11/2025: Pizzeria located in the Centro Economico area of ​​Pisa, just a few kilometers from Piazza dei Miracoli. The pizzeria is located near a crossroads, close to the main road called Aurelia, which connects Pisa to San Rossore and then continues to Madonna dell'Acqua, towards Viareggio. The pizzeria is well-known in the area, with a history of over 20 years, as far as I can tell, but it's certainly a few years older: renovated and modernized a few years ago, it has a small main room, where the main entrance is located, as well as another larger room with a veranda, very beautiful and welcoming. The place is very well-kept, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is all very friendly and helpful. The pizza menu is varied, and the oven is strictly wood-fired, as per tradition. The pizzas are very good, well-prepared, and made with top-quality ingredients. The prices are a little lower than average, a plus! Reservations are highly recommended because they are very busy, especially with takeaway pizzas!

16/11/2025: Excellent pizzeria and ice cream shop, offering a wide selection of truly delicious and easy-to-digest pizzas and a wide variety of ice creams for all tastes. The service is provided by very kind and helpful staff, always prompt and prompt. The only drawback... it's too popular, so you have to book well in advance if you want dinner on Saturday or Sunday. 😃😃 Highly recommend.

30/09/2025: I've been to Pizzeria L'Oliva and can only leave a positive review. It's my favorite pizza! The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, and what immediately strikes you is the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff: always smiling, attentive, and ready to offer expert advice. The pizza is excellent, with quality ingredients and a light, digestible dough. The extra point, however, undoubtedly goes to the Cecina, which is truly special: flavorful, well-cooked, and with that irresistible texture. A place that exudes passion for good food! Definitely worth recommending and returning to! 🍕✨

08/06/2025: New environment, you can see it, very nice, kind and skilled staff. We took fish for 3 people, generous and delicious portions, with a good presentation. Just one note: you have to use less salt, and be careful not to over-salt the sauce, otherwise it turns out to be excessively salty. I love tasty food, but for my (elderly) it was too salty. Better to bring salt to the table instead. It is still a restaurant where we will gladly return when passing through Grosseto.

29/09/2025: In my very humble opinion, after five years of coming to Giglio and Cantine Aperte, I confirm my preference for this restaurant. It's small, fortunately not suited to noisy, convivial tables. The attention to detail in the dishes and the quality of the ingredients are top-notch, starting with the olive oil. I recommend it to anyone who wants to taste the sea and appreciates the restaurant's delicacy. Will I return to Giglio? Maybe, but I'll definitely book this restaurant!

09/11/2025: A wonderful experience! We had dinner at this restaurant while we were in Pisa City Center. Let me start by saying that the location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the train station and easily accessible on foot. We ate wonderfully, ordering a first course each and a Florentine steak weighing over 1kg each. The first courses of the day were delicious and plentiful, as was the meat. The service was also excellent; the waiter who served us was extremely helpful and polite. At the end of the dinner, they offered us a homemade amaro and a croissant with cream and Nutella. They also left us a tower full of heart-shaped lollipops and sweets. As if that weren't enough, when we had to pay, the owner (also very kind) gave us a discount on the total (and literally ended up giving us the wine we had ordered). What can I say? One of the best experiences I've ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

03/11/2025: Welcoming, clean, well-furnished place, kindness and friendliness combined with a one-of-a-kind pizza, I have eaten in many pizzerias but this is definitely the one I can define as the best, crispy and very light dough, top quality ingredients and truly excellent prices, so what can I say, go there and I'm sure you will no longer be able to do without it, thank you Antonio and Mary for the delicacies that you always make me taste, I leave your place with the thought of when I will return, so, after today I can say, see you next time!!!

24/09/2025: We arrived after 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon. They still agreed they would do pizza for us even though it was outside normal cooking times for pizza. Great sized pizza with lots of flavours and the thin, crispy base as it should be. We saw the chef depart after serving us so they weren't joking about times. So glad they accommodated us as we really enjoyed it. Lovely staff and a clean place. Almost all pizzas under €10 and the cappuccino was excellent too. Special mention must go to the Desert pizza with pear and gorgonzola as it was the star of the lunch.

17/03/2025: The staff has always been extremely kind. The food is simply excellent and of high quality. I'm giving it a low rating because the portions are truly modest, at least when it comes to the side dishes. My daughters asked for mashed potatoes three times (because we love going back) and they only got a paltry soup... I hope this criticism is constructive.

13/09/2025: Great value for money (everything is a bit dated, but absolutely fine), great pool, beautiful view. There's a tennis court, a soccer field, a playground, two pools, and a restaurant. The pool bar is also very good. All in all, it's simply fantastic, especially with children.
