During our family vacation in Cecina, we tried pizza at L'Acquapazza—once at the beginning of our stay (takeout) and a second time before returning home, eating in. The place is clean, modern, and accessible; the staff is young, friendly, and polite. The pizzas are very good, even the gluten-free ones, with excellent toppings! The prices are very reasonable, considering the price for two regular pizzas and one gluten-free one.

Perfect dinner, delicious pizza, even though I chose a pizza with lots of toppings, it was very digestible. The waiters were very kind and made you feel at ease. I'll definitely be back.

So, there are two things to note about this pizza/schiacciata. The first is that it's a gluten-free pizza with a delicious dough! Perhaps the best gluten-free pizza/schiacciata dough I've ever tried. A second point to note, however, is that the gluten-free pizza is much smaller than the regular ones, as we can see from the photo. The dough probably weighs the same, but it would probably be better to add a few more grams to make it at least similar; another piece of advice would be to let the customer know that the weight might be the same, but it looks smaller on the plate. In short, there are some details that could be improved, but the gluten-free pizza is AMAZING. The schiacciata with raw cherry tomatoes, arugula, and mozzarella is amazing! Update July 2026. In a month, I've had 10 stuffed pizzas/schiacciata. The gluten-free quality is truly high. I think Davide and Marco are really good at working, but all the guys who run this place are really good and down-to-earth. I'd say they're going strong.

Very nice and clean restaurant. The pizzas are also gluten-free, but they're still very good and easy to digest. Among the best in the area. The staff is friendly and attentive. The draft beer is very good. Reasonably priced. Recommended.
