18/08/2024: On a Saturday evening in August, I stood outside for more than 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone on staff to ask for a table for 2 people (and the associated waiting time). Nobody came to talk to me in those 10 minutes, so I decided to go to another place. I understand that summer Saturday evenings are particularly difficult due to the amount of work, but at least a little more attention to "probable customers". I would have preferred to read a note at the entrance with "reservations only" or "we do not accept new requests for tables" rather than be ignored for so long. I'm sorry to leave negative reviews, but I hope it can be read as constructive criticism.

I want to thank Domenico and Mario, guys who are attentive to the needs of polite and helpful customers. As for the room, congratulations to the peach orchard for the choice of furnishings and Mrs. Raffaella for the cleaning standards always at the top. As far as the cuisine is concerned, everything is of high quality without distinction, whether you choose an à la carte menu or a fixed menu, the quality of the food does not change and is always at high levels. 01/08/2024: We went up to Linguaglossa to look for some fresh air, on the advice of friends they showed us this pizzeria, a very retro and characteristic place, they let us sit, and since we ordered 5 pizzas we waited quite a long time, about 1 hour, service a little slow but the wait was worth it, very good pizza and quality ingredients.! We were all satisfied. Congratulations, we will return with great pleasure. I recommend it!

22/07/2024: My experience with the Payper pizzeria I ordered some home service pizzas. In my area, Ponte di Ferro, there are various pizzerias. I was tired of the usual pizzas. I received some Super Pizzas 🍕 a huge variety of flavours... Punctuality, Taste, etc. ...excellent well seasoned (PS I have worked in the gastronomy sector for over 30 years)) I highly recommend trying them my rating 💯
